I would like to ask for opinions on Defense Tech's website:

This site has a banner which state it is "Powered by Discovery Channel", which makes me suspect it's content. They list their networks as:
-Discovery Channel
-Animal Planet
-Military Channel
-BBC World News
-Many more.... see:

Defense Tech publishes data on many sources, from Information Warfare:

I find it amusing that a site that posts information about cutting-edge military technology such as the article, "Mind Control, Prisoner Experiment Okays" also refers to people as "nutty" for sending them e-mails about Satellites which can affect the human mind:

Also note this quote from the article, "Insurgents Using Chem Weapons - On Themselves?".... "Back during the first Gulf War, some in the tinfoil-hat crowd tried to argue that the US used BZ on Iraqis."
Is this propaganda? Is it double-think? Is it a ploy to appeal to readers from many points of view? I can't decide, what do you guys think? Also, is Discovery Channel related to Discover Magazine? I had to cancel my subscription when I learned it was owned by Disney.... |

I will check it out in a bit, mostly the BBC is corporate-goverment commissioned propaganda (sure they report some things but its all spun or just missing vital parts) I tend to find, and then they rarely speak some truth and expose state sponsored terror, things like that.
The BBC News prepares all its news that is not live at least 3.5 hours in advance. This for for more censorship and editing I gather and was not once the case (not as much, or was it? Are they only telling us now...), why else would they tell us of these changes last year.

I don't trust that site myself, the info is not very detailed and even still missing vital sources in most cases. You may find a small percentage of facts but the rest can be spin, mind control - of the 1.6 billion people that subscribe to their srvices... Just by not showing parts - people will still class it is it is presented to them.
On the other hand though it may be just an experiment to see how people react to.
If you see the same theme of it all open - as it is an open conspiracy then people do not think much of it as it is seen daily.
The site still looks like a mockery to me and best suited as part of some drama series TV fiction site or something. Do they allow downloading of original documents?
Some of it may be truth - at first look though as I said not detailed enough.
Perhaps they want it to appear as fiction even when they say it is not.

Earlier this year, the Administration was scrambling to make secret again already declassified papers, like the CIA's 1948 plan to drop leaflets behind the Iron Curtain. Good for them for having the sense to switch course.
We have similar things on TV from so called government intelligence documents. Several years ago I remember watching ones that showed documents and talked about implanting chips into people's brains in the USA and some European countries, it also metnioned how the US sold the tech to Iraq to make a nuclear bomb and that they had actually done underground tests or were preparing and then the tech was taken from them just before it was developed. So is this double talk, contradictive or just inaccurate CIA info...for the reader/viewer to decide I suppose.
There are government sites with better sources of info with declassified docs - agencies now seek to illegally reclassify.
It is no concern to the military or Intelligence agencies that most US secrets have been openly available to Chinese spies? And that they are all over the USA stealing technology, when not actually being given or sold it, as well as getting secret info that is meant to be classified.
This could be counter-psyop-warfare as we see with Russian and European intelligence - feeding false fabricated secrets but I don't think they care when its shared with China or potential terrorists.

Thanks for the reply, FWO. I have always been skeptical of American media so I have watched / listened to the BBC whenever I could. I don't know why I was surprised to hear that they may be suspect. Since you live over there, is there any additional information you could supply us on them? |
