Quake warning comes in blue and red

THE curious flashes of red and blue light that appear just before earthquakes strike may have been explained at last. People have often spoken of seeing momentary flashes in the sky before a quake, but no one has ever been able to measure their characteristics and find the source. Now a Japanese researcher has shown that they may be caused by the fracturing of silica in stressed rocks.
"Many people reported seeing such lights an hour or tens of minutes before last year's Hanshin [Kobe] earthquake," says Yoshizo Kawaguchi of the Chugoku National Industrial Research Institute near Hiroshima. He is interested in the optical properties of silica because of its potential use in fibre optics. To find out how it behaves, Kawaguchi put small slabs of silica into an environment of pure nitrogen, which unlike oxygen and water does not react with silica. |

The world has tens of thousands of earthquakes a day and thousands in the state of southern CA alone. Most are natural? It seems reasonable to conclude. Most we do not feel because they are minor. We had one in the UK a few months ago as reported and posted on these forums by a least two members that caused structural damage to several buildings. And again several days ago we had another one in the UK in Manchester City on the 2.5 ricture scale with no apparaent visible damage.
The Russians (during Soviet era) were responsible for developing early stage tech. earthquake weapons to my knowledge along with several other foreign scientists of German origin in other countries working for the enemy.
Some of the same scientists involved in these EMF and quake weapons of mass destruction they can also use EMF weapons to generate explosions several millions of times more intense and destructive than nuclear missile warhaeads cause. I've read about how some people think HAARP and other Ionospheric weapons are or can be used to do this, but there have been so many routes and methods used to research earthquake and Tsunami bombs over the past 120 years we may never know the true sources of man made earthquake weapons. Tested in Soviet regions though such weapons developed by them were able to totally flatten skyscrapers within minutes or seconds like an implosion would do but only this time to whole cities if necessary.
It can be very natural but on the other hand it can always be man made because we always mimic nature in all of our technologies. Think about that. Tesla style technologies perfected by Soviets has many uses.
Germany stole (inspired?) technology from the Soviets during WW2 but were later tortured by the same Soviet perfected tech. during cold war times by stealth. Some say even to this day.

HI,
The blue light can be the phenomenon known as triboluminescence an appears just before or during earthquakes due to the stress in the quatrz crystals which generates an electric charge that is discharged in the atmosphere as ultraviolet light and sometimes as a visible bluish light (like a lightning), as this video shows:

however, during the same earthquake there was some "fast orbs" flying across the sky, these canot be expalined with the triboluminiscence effect, as this another video shows.
