They don't just seem to have a whole department deleting posts and modifying them, they seem to have out right bought the services of providers and hubs.
For instance I took the topic presidential pardons and compared the search results between several large popular search engines. There is an amazing amount of difference in the returns from an inquiry. All these search engines look at the same meta tags yet yield far different results. Yahoo turned up pure garbage on this subject. Google not to bad. Lycos by far turned up the most relevant information. for each different topic your search performance varies. I know the argument for some engines are better. I better hear the argument that engines can be set to censor results. If you are looking for something and can't find it try dogpile which displays the results from several search engines at once. It will save you a lot of work. I caution you though, there is so much information missing on any subject you can leave disinformed or even uninformed completely. What got my interest in this subject was this video.

I am still hunting for the actual wording of the world courts decision on this and haven't found it yet. I am trying to figure out if these U.N. decisions are legally backed by world law and, or if judicial processes on resolutions happen before or after these resolutions are made. Does the U.N. make the decision first?

I found this site and the results are pretty good, better than google in some ways and the design is simple and good.

I'll try it a few days. Believe it or not I thought the results from AOL were better than Google on the pardon topic. Depends on the topic though. Ask is pretty good too, well I guess we just have to check them all when we search. I don't like the speed news articles drop over the horizon so fast that if you think it's even might be important, you have to save it or you will never see it again.
