There are many programs available to the police to analyse stress in speech, which tends to indicate deception..One of these is at this website: http://cvsa1.com/ When this technology was applied to a digitally recorded phone conversation with Patrick Minnis,it indicated a high probability of deception on his part.DO NOT ASK!THERE IS NO WAY I WILL ENDANGER A FELLOW ACTIVIST, SO DONT ASK.If you think I'm full of s!@#, try it yourself on any AIRFARCE or NOSA public representative,and you will get the same results as[name omitted],an official involved in regional law enforcement in New York state |

Taping someone's phone conversation without their knowledge or permission is, to put it mildly, a no-no.

Since all the real stress analysis devices (not the 'toys' at places like Lie Busters) are for sale only to law enforcement personnel, that's a pretty safe offer on your part, isn't it?

Great cop-out. If I were a police officer using technology like this to bug someone as a 'favor' to a 'friend', I'd be ashamed to have my name published, too. Plus, your non-existent acquaintance would lose his job.

In the state of New York, it is required that only one person in a two-party conversation be aware the conversation may be digitally recorded, this is due to the proliferation of answering machines, which digitally record phone messages and in some cases normal telephone conversation for later review.In my opinion, Duncan, your involvement here is criminal, because if you have applied this tech to airfarce officials you know they are lying with some degree of certainty , in it with them,and are helping to facilitate what may be mass homocide.If I were you I would do some serious thinking,as you can be held personally responsible in such a conspiracy IF IT TURNS OUT YOU ARE COMPLICENT, WHICH I STRONGLY FEEL IS THE CASE. If it [CHEMTRAIL TOXICITY]turns out to be for real as I know it will, you can by federal statute be tryed for conspiracy to commit murder.The people always overcome corrupt government,STUDY YOUR HISTORY AGAIN! I am sure that there are people whom actually value your opinions -- legal or otherwise -- but I can't think of any of them off the top of my head.

As Mr. Thermit already mentioned, Dr. Minnis is not an Air Force employee, he is a civilian with NASA. You should at least try to get your stories straight; that is what got you in trouble at the other web site. To quote the Bard: "O what a tangled web we weave/when first we practice to deceive."

Air farce refers to Minnis' little "program" over there at NASA,and note the quotation marks around "official" forget it, Duncan, against me you will loseevery single debate .I am fairly certain you know of my honesty ,and thats what I depise the most about you.AS i have said before, Duncan is a bullshit artist whos job is to cover up a horrible crime against humanity.One question, Duncan> Why does Boeing employ a chemtral debunker if chemtrails are total $#@#!, as you contend? |

Why don't you make your own phone call to Dr. Minnis and check out the stress level? Maybe you can figure out why he is so stressed out. What secrets is he hiding? Maybe you can help us find out and expose this whole despicible escapade. |
