Hurricanes & Oil Prices PostSun Jun 01, 2008 3:35 am  Reply with quote

I just kinda sit back and chuckle. All of those that came before me and claimed that weather modification had nothing do with economics.

"Storms could raise oil prices"
(Source: Associated Press, 5/31/0Cool

NEW YORK - Meteorologists are predicting a busy hurricane season this
year, and any direct hit on the Gulf of Mexico's extensive oil and gas
infrastructure could easily send already sky-high oil prices rocketing
past $150 a barrel.

But predicting whether, much less where, a big storm will strike is
tricky. Energy markets haven't priced in a potential catastrophe, and
won't factor in a hurricane until a storm actually forms.

The 2005 season was one of the most destructive in history. It sent
oil prices soaring into the then-unfathomable $60s. Natural gas
futures rose above $14 per 1,000 cubic feet, prices not seen since.

But oil trades at double that amount today, and a turbulent summer in
the gulf could easily send prices well beyond the record $135 per
barrel it reached last week.

"If we get anything that disrupts gulf production in a meaningful way
... I think it could easily push prices to the $150 level," said Brad
Samples, an analyst at Summit Energy Services Inc. in Louisville, Ky.

The Gulf of Mexico is home to hundreds of oil and gas drilling
platforms and pipelines that are typically shut down when a storm
approaches. Damaged platforms or scattered pipelines can take months
to repair.

Storms also disrupt tanker traffic and the Gulf Coast ports that
receive the vast majority of the nation's petroleum imports. The
refineries grind to a halt when a hurricane approaches land, driving
the price of gasoline and other petroleum products up.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says the Atlantic
hurricane season, which begins June 1, could be slightly busier than
average, with a good chance of six to nine hurricanes forming. Two to
five storms could be major, NOAA said.

William Gray's team at Colorado State University is calling for eight
hurricanes, four of them major. On average, 5.9 hurricanes form in the
Atlantic each year.

However, forecasts have been erratic in their accuracy. In 1989, Gray
predicted a relatively mild hurricane season. That year, seven
hurricanes and four tropical storms killed 84 people in the U.S. In
2005, Gray's team forecast eight hurricanes. Instead, 15 hurricanes,
including Katrina, struck. The next year, his team predicted nine
hurricanes; only five formed.

More war = less people after death = higher value in goods and currency due to lack of production = more money for elite because of demand and less supply

More war = more higher prices for oil = more higher prices for all things that need transportation = more super rich - super elite class! = more control

More wars = traders praise the war and are very happy so they can continue to cash in on death.

Weather control = almost anything is now possible. Energy companies are loving it! They have other ways than weather control to cause us to use more fuel! But the weather control is much more effective. it is only the few sat on top of the pyramid that know about such things, us knowing or being aware of does not matter to them because the masses remain ignorant always, when they wake up the elite have the solution and reasons for their actions, they are the parents of the children they abused - that is the elite, they take good care of the masses, no need in worrying them about such things.

I want to put together a weather modification website that only deals with weather modification and the USAF. The major problem holding me back is my negative attitude when I look at the Satellite photos and see what they are doing. It's depressing to know your on the plantation and your not free. Depression turns to anger and anger turns to paranoia and isolation from society. Somewhere during that phase professionalism dissappears and the anger becomes your personality. Not the way I want to go. As soon as I keep a positive frame of reference I'll be heading in that direction.

That's good to know, a free blog will do to keep costs down if that is what you want. So if you have archived documents that will come in useful at a later date it will help to post on a blog site of your own or a site so you can have proof as to when you posted such articles and not just making any of that up.

If you want a site still rather than a blog some sites offer free hosting with no ads. One called dreamhost and another called bluehost - both are cheap and reliable from what i have heard and bluehost supports drupal websites that have added plugins and features as well as custom security.

Good luck with it anyway, I am sure it will be good. We need more weather experts to disclose their knowledge and take on this. How many do this on the net? Close to zero. A big gap waiting to be filled....no pressure then Wink No competition apart from insane fools that claim it is not possible when it has been disclosed by the government to have been ongoing for the past 60 years!

I think you will find once you vent or channel your energy into something else like writing more articles and finding ways not to get as angry it will help. I get angry when i read some things on what certain corps or groups are doing, but nothing bad ever happens. I soon make myself happy again. Really though getting angry is not common, I see through all the lies and brainwashed people. That is what matters, that I know myself and do not self doubt. The next step is action.

Have you thought about starting a foundation that is non profit for meteorologists and the like to become members and write articles or whatever conduct experiments, studies...
