When are they going to?

I think it's about time they clean up the mess in New Orleans.
I want to know if others have a like thought on this topic.
They have stolen enough money from this project so shouldn't we see it get done now without pork barreling the subject and stealing more?
How many years has it been now? This FEMA crap and all these other illegal (above the law organizations) have to be gotten rid of.
