Chemtrail fallout on radar 3/31/09

We were nailed in MD today from 5am this morning through this evening and even now as I look outside my window. This is the chemtrail fallout showing up on the radar. I can hear it now "it's just ground clutter". Ground clutter doesn't move with the winds aloft.
