Population Control, Nazis, and the U.N!

ROCKFELLER AND MASS MURDER
The Rockefeller Foundation is the prime sponsor of public relations for the United Nations' drastic depopulation program. Evidence in the possession of a growing number of researchers in America, England, and Germany demonstrates that the Foundation and its corporate, medical, and political associates organized the racial mass murder program of Nazi Germany.
These globalists, who function as a conduit for British Empire geopolitics, were not stopped after World War II. This United Nations alliance of the old Nazi right, with the new left, poses an even graver danger to the world today than it did in 1941.
Oil monopolist John D. Rockefeller created the family-run Rockefeller Foundation in 1909. By 1929 he had placed $300 million worth of the family's controlling interest in the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey (now called "Exxon'') to the account of the Foundation.
The Foundation's money created the medical specialty known as Psychiatric Genetics. For the new experimental field, the Foundation reorganized medical teaching in Germany, creating and thenceforth continuously directing the "Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry'' and the "Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Eugenics and Human Heredity.'' The Rockefellers' chief executive of these institutions was the fascist Swiss psychiatrist Ernst Rudin, assisted by his proteges Otmar Verschuer and Franz J. Kallmann.
In 1932, the British-led "Eugenics'' movement designated the Rockefellers' Dr. Rudin as the president of the worldwide Eugenics Federation. The movement called for the killing or sterilization of people whose heredity made them a public burden.
- The Racial Laws -
A few months later, Hitler took over Germany and the Rockefeller-Rudin apparatus became a section of the Nazi state. The regime appointed Rudin head of the Racial Hygiene Society. Rudin and his staff, as part of the Task Force of Heredity Experts chaired by SS chief Heinrich Himmler, drew up the sterilization law. Described as an American Model law, it was adopted in July 1933 and proudly printed in the September 1933 Eugenical News (USA) with Hitler's signature. The Rockefeller group drew up other race laws, also based on existing Virginia statutes. Otmar Verschuer and his assistant Josef Mengele together wrote reports for special courts which enforced Rudin's racial purity law against cohabitation of Aryans and non-Aryans.
The "T4'' unitof the Hitler Chancery, based on psychiatrists led by Rudin and his staff, cooperated in creating propaganda films to sell mercy killing (euthanasia) to German citizens. The public reacted antagonistically: Hitler had to withdraw a tear-jerker right-to-die film from the movie theaters. The proper groundwork had not yet been laid.
Under the Nazis, the German chemical company I.G. Farben and Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey were effectively a single firm, merged in hundreds of cartel arrangements. I.G. Farben was led, up until 1937, by the Warburg family, Rockefeller's partner in banking and in the design of Nazi German eugenics.
In 1940-41, I.G. Farben built a gigantic factory at Auschwitz in Poland, to utilize the Standard Oil/I.G. Farben patents with concentration camp slave labor to make gasoline from coal. The SS was assigned to guard the Jewish and other inmates and select for killing those who were unfit for I.G. Farben slave labor. Standard-Germany president Emil Helfferich testified after the war that Standard Oil funds helped pay for SS guards at Auschwitz.
In 1936, Rockefeller's Dr. Franz Kallmann interrupted his study of hereditary degeneracy and emigrated to America because he was half-Jewish. Kallmann went to New York and established the Medical Genetics Department of the New York State Psychiatric Institute. The Scottish Rite of Freemasonry published Kallman's study of over 1,000 cases of schizophrenia, which tried to prove its hereditary basis. In the book, Kallmann thanked his long-time boss and mentor Rudin.
Kallmann's book, published in 1938 in the USA and Nazi Germany, was used by the T4 unit as a rationalization to begin in 1939 the murder of mental patients and various "defective'' people, perhaps most of them children. Gas and lethal injections were used to kill 250,000 under this program, in which the staffs for a broader murder program were desensitized and trained.
- Dr. Mengele -
In 1943, Otmar Verschuer's assistant Josef Mengele was made medical commandant of Auschwitz. As wartime director of Rockefeller's Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Eugenics and Human Heredity in Berlin, Verschuer secured funds for Mengele's experiments at Auschwitz from the German Research Council. Verschuer wrote a progress report to the Council: "My co-researcher in this research is my assistant the anthropologist and physician Mengele. He is serving as Hauptstuermfuehrer and camp doctor in the concentration camp Auschwitz.... With the permission of the Reichsfuehrer SS Himmler, anthropological research is being undertaken on the various racial groups in the concentration camps and blood samples will be sent to my laboratory for investigation.
''Mengele prowled the railroad lines leading into Auschwitz, looking for twins--a favorite subject of psychiatric geneticists. On arrival at Mengele's experimental station, twins filled out "a detailed questionnaire from the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute.
''There were daily drawings of blood for Verschuer's "specific protein'' research. Needles were injected into eyes for work on eye color. There were experimental blood transfusions and infections. Organs and limbs were removed, sometimes without anesthetics. Sex changes were attempted. Females were sterilized, males were castrated. Thousands were murdered and their organs, eyeballs, heads, and limbs were sent to Verschuer and the Rockefeller group at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute. In 1946, Verschuer wrote to the Bureau of Human Heredity in London, asking for help in continuing his "scientific research.''
In 1947, the Bureau of Human Heredity moved from London to Copenhagen. The new Danish building for this was built with Rockefeller money. The first International Congress in Human Genetics following World War II was held at this Danish institute in 1956. By that time, Verschuer was a member of the American Eugenics Society, then indistingishable from Rockefeller's Population Council.
Dr. Kallmann helped save Verschuer by testifying in his denazification proceedings. Dr. Kallmann created the American Society of Human Genetics, which organized the "Human Genome Project''--a current $3 billion physical multiculturalism effort. Kallmann was a director of the American Eugenics Society in 1952 and from 1954 to 1965.
In the 1950s, the Rockefellers reorganized the U.S. eugenics movement in their own family offices, with spinoff population-control and abortion groups. The Eugenics Society changed its name to the Society for the Study of Social Biology, its current name.
The Rockefeller Foundation had long financed the eugenics movement in England, apparently repaying Britain for the fact that British capital and an Englishman-partner had started old John D. Rockefeller out in his Oil Trust. In the 1960s, the Eugenics Society of England adopted what they called Crypto-eugenics, stating in their official reports that they would do eugenics through means and instruments not labeled as eugenics.
With support from the Rockefellers, the Eugenics Society (England) set up a sub-committee called the International Planned Parenthood Federation, which for 12 years had no other address than the Eugenics Society.
This, then, is the private, international apparatus which has set the world up for a global holocaust, under the UN flag.

Kenneth Lay and the NRDC
The media are looking avidly for any signs that collapsed-energy-giant Enron may have had undue influence over the Bush administration's energy policy. They're also completely ignoring Enron's involvement with environmental-activist groups during the Clinton years. Enron has endorsed policy initiatives opposed by the Bush administration, including the high-profile Kyoto Treaty on climate change. And it provided almost $1.5 million in grants to green groups that pushed for Clinton administration global-warming policies the Bush White House now rejects.
Clearly, the whole story hasn't been told. Capital Research Center studies indicate that far from being the Bush administration's closest collaborator, Enron has been a major backer of green groups - groups which have been a thorn in the administration's side since day one. Enron is far from being the champion of Bush environmental policies some want to believe.
During the Clinton administration, Enron was a corporate supporter for those who demanded international energy controls to reduce so-called global warming. From 1994 to 1996, the Enron Foundation contributed $990,000 to the Nature Conservancy. The Conservancy's "Climate Change" project promotes global-warming theories, a key component of the Kyoto Protocol. Indeed, one internal Enron memo - circulated immediately after the 1997 Kyoto meeting - shows the company believed that the treaty could provide it with a financial windfall. According to the memo, which was first reported by the Washington Post, the Kyoto treaty "would do more to promote Enron's business than will almost any other regulatory initiative outside of restructuring the energy and natural-gas industries in Europe and the United States."
Last June, President Bush refused to sign the treaty, saying it "is, in many ways, unrealistic" and that "it's not sound public policy." Despite pressure from green groups, the administration pulled out of last fall's meeting in Marrakesh, Morocco, on the treaty's implementation.
Enron, however, has been at the forefront of the global-warming debate, and was an early and strong supporter of Kyoto and Kyoto's proponents:
In January 1997, the company announced formation of the Enron Renewable Energy Corporation to offer alternatives to the "$250 billion U.S. electricity market." Renewable Energy CEO Tom White (my note~ now Sec. of ARMY~nothing to worry about~just a coincidence)supported President Clinton's $6.3 million plan to fight global warming.
Later that year, Enron CEO Kenneth Lay was named a member of President Clinton's "Council on Sustainable Development," joining Secretary of the Interior Bruce Babbitt, EPA Administrator Carol Browner, and Fred Krupp, executive director of the Environmental Defense Fund. The task force also included representatives from the Sierra Club, the National Wildlife Federation, and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
The National Environmental Trust, a public-relations organization heavily funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts to promote environmental policies, worked with Kenneth Lay to place pro-Kyoto editorials (under Lay's signature) in the Houston Chronicle, the Austin-American Statesman, and the Salt Lake City Tribune.
When President Clinton called for a gradual reduction in greenhouse gases, to lay the groundwork for U.S. backing of Kyoto, Enron executives expressed their support. In an Atlanta Constitution article, Enron Senior Vice President Terry Thorn called the announcement "a measured, appropriate action plan given what we know today about global warming. This will unleash the ingenuity of American business to find creative solutions."
Enron also urged the Nature Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and a coalition of Oregon environmental groups to sign a memorandum of agreement endorsing its 1997 purchase of Portland General Electric, despite objections by the state Public Utility Commission. Portland's Willamette Week newspaper has reported that these groups subsequently received grants from Enron totaling nearly $500,000. Among the beneficiaries is Northwest Environmental Advocates ($30,000), which is a member of the Oregon Climate Action Network - a coalition that has lobbied Congress to support Kyoto.
The company itself has said that Kyoto would help its bottom line. Enron and the Bush administration can hardly be said to see eye to eye on energy policy.

This, when it is brought about, will produce certain fundamental changes - regulated sex life, an organized parental life, and mental differences in the racial attitude towards the sex relation and its ordained consequence, Birth.

The underlying idea, governing all that has been given out on the sex relation heretofore, is twofold in its implications:
a. To provide bodies for incarnating souls so that certain destined evolutionary unfoldments may be carried forward, and the attainment of an equally destined and inevitable spiritual unfoldment becomes possible.
b. To impart the scientific procedure whereby. bodies "built in the dark" may gradually be superseded by bodies "built in the light." Thus will be brought about the manifestation of the foundational light aspect of the world and its underlying structure.

Alibek And Anthrax 5-8-2
Storms In Stormville, NY...
Many of you will remember that on Febuary 26, 2002 I did the Jeff Rense Program and announced my retirement from radio due to worsening Hepatitis C. I am sure that most of you who are familiar with my research and my health problems thought that I would continue my investigation, at a slower pace, of course, but, that I would be taking it easy. This was not the case as I will explain in this article.I was continuing to investigate the origin of the anthrax letter attacks as well as the deaths of the microbiologists. I had been attempting to document the theory that I put forth on the Feburary 26th Rense Program in which I theorized and alleged that Rumsfeld, Ken Alibek with cooperation of certain highly placed CIA agents were, indeed, behind the anthrax letter attacks. I had been trying to ascertain who received the very highly classified 1999 William Patrick Anthrax Risk Assessment report. According to my sources, very few people actually received and read the report. The Patrick Risk Assessment, dated 1999,assessed the risk of sending anthrax through the mail. William Patrick did not take into consideration the fact that the high speed sorting machines could puncture the anthrax ladden envelopes and therefore assessed the risk of anthrax dissemination as low to moderate. I belive that the William Patrick Risk Assessment was considered when the anthrax plot was being conceived. It was very obvious that the conspirators did not intend to contaminate preminses or to kill people. The anthrax letters were intended to bring attention to the need for bioterrorism preparedness, and more funding for bioterrorism projects, vaccines, as well as research. Furthermore, the letters were intended to prepare a public to be
sufficiently scared and ready to accept public health laws that would virtually subvert the US Constitution. The anthrax letters were also used to open the purse strings of Congress. Of course, ulterior motives were to aid financially distressed bio/pharmaceutical companies who had taken some hard hits as tech stocks plummited. Ken Alibek's company, Hadron was one of those companies that benefited financially after the anthrax letter attacks.
Vaccine companies also profited, such as Oravax Company, now known as Acambis and which received Govt. contracts for Smallpox vaccine as well as other bioterrorism vaccines.
Battelle Medical Institue is also at the center of the Anthrax attacks and it is known that Ken Alibek and Hadron are associated with Battelle.Pharmaceutical Reasearch and Development hit pay dirt after the attacks.
A few weeks after I did the Feb. 26th Rense
Show and was in the process of continuing my investigations, making FOIA requests, problems began. My computer was hit with an extremely sophisticated computer virus. I had 4 experts working on the computer and after 4 weeks they finally had to give up and I lost virtually all of my research and documentation.
Needles to say this was very upsetting. I had a plethora of very expensive antivirus software protection, but, the boot virus was unable to be overcome. One of the techs told me that the virus was an unidentified virus and he had never seen it before. He also said that it appeared to be one that the Government might have used.
We could not even figure out how the computer became infected. Years of my life's work is all gone. This was extremely disheartening, yet, was not the only event to take place.
I was speaking on the phone when all of a sudden the line went dead. The party to whom I was speaking called the phone company and was told that
my line was out of service. I checked all three phone lines in my home and all were dead. About 15 minutes later, they came back, but have echos and clicks. I live in a rural area and there is a private air strip ajacant to my property. There has been much recent SUV and light truck activity to and from the air strip as well as daily helicopter activity.
I have noted that one helicopter which flies
over on a daily basis is a sleek black helicopter and has a large black rectanglular box under its midsection. It flies over at about 12 to 15 hundred feet. There have also been quite a few small aircraft in and out of the field which is not a normal occurrance. In the early stage of the events, a small plane flew over my home and circled around until I went outside to investigate. It then circled around and appeared to be in a nose dive into my home. It suddenly pulled back and did loops and other stunts. Quite amusing but very scarey.
At one point, my phone rang and as I answered and said hello, I heard two men speaking. They sounded like they had tapped into my phone lines at two different spots along the wire. I continued to say hello, but they ignored me and continued their conversation. One man said that, "it would be easy for the daughter to get hurt while the mother was upstairs asleep." I knew that this was not a simple crossed line but a direct threat upon my daughter.
I made arrangements for my daughter to stay with extended family whom I trust. A few days after I returned from my trip at which time I had placed my daughter where she would be safe, a county social service worker inquired about my daughter. He claimed that he received an anomous report and needed to speak with her. Thus far, I have not give her address and stand firm.
I believe that the events have been occurring because I have been getting very close to the truth in regard to the anthrax attacks and the microbiologist deaths. At this point, I believe that the harassment has occurred to divert my attention from the investigation. I also, believe that I am being monitored and my progress is being reported. Did I think my semi retirement would involve sophisticated computer viruses, death threats, helicopter surveillance, phone taps? This is more intrigue then I care to experience.
The events have led me to believe that I am
on the right track as far as my investigations are concerned.
The investigations will continue.

Battelle Exposed In Anthrax Biochemical

Mainstream news accounts have finally fingered Battelle Memorial Institute, the spooky Dr. Strangelove Institute in Columbus, as ground zero in our domestic military-industrial anthrax scare. With five people dead and eighteen ill, Battelle's role in directing the Defense Departmentís ìjoint vaccine acquisition programî is now coming under heavy scrutiny.
Battelle, in partnership with Michigan-based Bioport, has a virtual monopoly on military anthrax vaccine production in the U.S.. British and U.S. news accounts describe Bioportís owner as a top secret British biowarfare consortium, Porton Down. Perhaps not ironically, the Chairman and CEO of the
Porton Down company is Fuad El-Habri, a bin Laden family associate. Laura Rozenís interesting article for the website Salon is must reading on the subject. Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr., a former Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, is one of the four-person Board of Directors of Bioport and holds a 13% interest in the company. Some investigators link the multinational investment firm and defense contractor, the Carlyle Management Group -- that was involved in managing the bin Laden family fortune prior to Sept. 11 to Bioport. Former
CIA Director Frank Carlucci, -(Rumsfeld's College buddy and wrestling partner - Pat) - Bush the Elder's Chief of Staff James Baker III and the former President himself are all associated with the Carlyle Group.
As I reported in the Columbus Alive immediately after the anthrax scare began, Battelle is involved in developing a new and stronger strain of anthrax at its West Jefferson, Ohio labs. Don't be deceived by the fake farmland facades of the W. Jefferson complex. It's the center of a top secret defense project going under the name 'Project Jefferson,' according to the New York Times. The actual lab is BL-3 Anthrax Lab. The Times also confirmed that the CIA is also involved with it own top secret anthrax project called code name 'Clear Vision.'
As I noted in the Alive, the former No. 2 man in the Soviet biochemical warfare operation, Kanatjan Alibekov (now going by the alias Ken Alibek) is a classified consultant with both the CIA and Battelle. A 1998 New Yorker article pointed out the work between William C. Patrick III and Alibeck on the anthrax project.
Battelle emerged during WWII as a top secret facility because of its work on the Manhattan Project. Battelle was responsible for innovations in uranium ore that was actually milled in Columbus. Battelle and Bioport stood to get massively rich off an anthrax scare and, more than any other organization, Battelle controlled access to the Ames strain of anthrax used in the top secret military tests.
The Baltimore Sun reported that the Ames strain was also being produced at the Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, but more importantly, Battelle directs that program as well. The FB investigation has led them in the direction of Patrick and Alibeck. But whether they have the will, or the authority, to investigate spook central headquarters in Columbus is another question. The New York Times on Nov. 9 already reported that the FBI made an error in the ìanthrax probeî by allowing the 'destruction of university' samples that 'may have caused clues to be lost.'
Alibek, who arrived in the U.S. in 1992, needs to be looked at very closely since news reports suggest that he had possible financial stakes in a biochemical scare. On Oct. 29, the Washington Post reported that Alibek ìhas hooked up with an Alexandria, VA company, and, supported by federal grants, opened a laboratory of 35 people. The article notes that he's 'learning to be a capitalist.'
"Hadron Advanced Biosystems Inc., Alibek's company, sports an unusual provenance for a biotechnical venture. No other company, doing any kind of work, can claim to be headed by a former No. 2 man in a vast program aimed at turning anthrax, plague, smallpox, tularemia and many other germs into weapons of war," noted the Post.
The Post explains that 'Alibek's venture is a subsidiary of Hadron Inc.... a publicly-traded 37-year-old government contractor specializing in defense and espionage work.' Rozen in Salon, pointed out that Porton Down made a 'fortune' during the Gulf War selling anthrax vaccine.
The FBI's investigation should focus on who stood to gain financially from the acknowledged domestic military-industrial anthrax terrorism.
The convergence of the Strangelovian Battelle with Bioport, the Porton Down and the role of prominent individuals like Alibek, Crowe, El-Habri and the Carlyle Group suggests that much of this is likely to be covered up. Ironically, this summer, President George W. Bush renounced long-standing calls by the Russians for mutual inspections of biochemical weapons sites like Battelle. Bush claimed that mutual inspection of U.S. biochemical technology sites by foreign scientists could risk revealing commercial trade secrets - secrets that would be worth 'a fortune' if a few people controlled the commercial rights to them during an anthrax scare.

British psychiatry: from eugenics to assassination

A behavior control research project was begun in the 1950s, coordinated by the British psychological warfare unit called the Tavistock Institute, with the Scottish Rite Masons, the Central Intelligence Agency, and other British, U.S., Canadian, and United Nations agencies. The project became famous in the 1970s under a CIA code name, ``MK-Ultra.'' Its notoriety for brainwashing by drugs, hypnosis, electroshock, and other tortures caused many books to be written about the project, and the U.S. Senate conducted hearings which exposed many of its abusive features. President Gerald Ford appointed a commission headed by Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, to correct the CIA's misconduct. There was a widespread anti-establishment view at the time, that here was the fox appointed to guard the hen house. The intelligence agencies offered a public rationale for the project: the need to counteract and compete with the mind-control capabilities of the communists.
We shall outline here the British background of this deeply criminal enterprise, with its roots in the political and psychiatric movement called eugenics.
- 1909-13: the buildup to World War I -
John D. Rockefeller created the family-run {{Rockefeller Foundation,}} in parallel with the birth of the British-inspired Federal Reserve, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 1909-13 and subsequent years, Rockefeller transferred blocs of the family-owned Standard Oil Co. worth more than $300 million to the account of the foundation under its trustees who were family members, and their employees. Thus was established a global instrument for radical social change, using American money and British strategy. John D. Rockefeller had begun his oil business in the 1860s with British capital. The family's relationship to the British Empire a half-century later was centered in the person of John D. 's brother {{William Rockefeller,}} the president of Standard Oil of New York (later Mobil) and the founder of National City Bank (later Citibank). In 1911, brother William employed, in a private capacity through his elite social club, a high-ranking British secret intelligence service officer named Claude Dansey. As the United States prepared to ally itself in World War I with its old enemy Britain, Dansey personally reorganized the U.S. Army intelligence service into an adjunct of the British secret service. Dansey's loyal U.S. follower, {{Gen. Marlborough Churchill}} (a distant relative of Britain's Winston Churchill) soon became director of U.S. military intelligence. After World War I, General Churchill headed up the ``Black Chamber,'' a New York-based espionage group serving the State Department, the U.S. Army, and private New York financiers loyal to Great Britain. This same General Churchill would soon launch a medical research organization, the Macy Foundation, for the Rockefellers and British intelligence.
- 1920s: the pre-Hitler era in Germany -
The Rockefeller Foundation poured money into the occupied German republic for a medical specialty known as {psychiatric genetics.} This field applied to psychiatry the concepts of eugenics (otherwise known as race purification, race hygiene, or race betterment) developed in London's Galton Laboratory and its offshoot Eugenics Societies in England and America. The Rockefeller Foundation created, and foundation executives thenceforth continuously directed, the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry in Munich (before Rockefeller sponsorship it was known as the Kraepelin Institute), and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Eugenics, and Human Heredity. The Rockefellers' chief in both these institutions was the fascist Swiss psychiatrist {{Ernst Ru@audin,}} assisted by his prote@aage@aas, Rockefeller functionaries {{Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer}} and {{Franz J. Kallmann.}} A British medical historian friendly to the Rockefellers recently explained how the family was introduced into this field in Germany@s1: The foundation's ``German centers combined the search for organic signs of mental illness with eugenic projects.... The [Kraepelin] institute had initially been endowed with 11 million marks, contributed by Gustav Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach [head of the Krupp steel and arms family] and James Loeb [Paul Warburg's brother-in-law], an expatriate American of the Kuhn- Loeb banking family. Loeb mobilized his American-Jewish friends to support the institute,'' and they invited the foundation to reorganize and expand the Munich enterprise. Loeb also continued financing the institute. Loeb's relatives, the Warburgs, owners of Kuhn Loeb bank, were the intimate banking partners of William Rockefeller. Together with him they had set up the Harriman family in big business, using capital supplied by the British royal family's personal banker, Sir Ernst Cassell. The three families, Rockefeller, Warburg, and Harriman, together with British Crown agencies, jointly sponsored much of the social engineering enterprise we shall describe here. The Rockefeller Foundation made an initial grant of $2.5 million in 1925 to the Psychiatric Institute in Munich, gave it $325,000 for a new building in 1928, and continuously sponsored the institute and its Nazi chief Ru@audin through the Hitler era. The foundation paid for a 1930-35 anthropological survey of the ``eugenically worthwhile population'' by Nazi eugenicists Ru@audin, Verschuer, Eugen Fischer, and others.

- 1934: The Freemasons study madness -
The {{Scottish Rite of Freemasonry}} joined the Rockefellers in sponsoring psychiatric genetics beginning in 1934, under the rubric of research into dementia praecox (schizophrenia). The highest level of U.S. masonry, the Scottish Rite was the instrument through which the British Crown had reestablished the loyalty of American masons after the American Revolution. The northern section of the Rite had rallied the Copperheads against Abraham Lincoln's Civil War efforts, aiding the Rite's southern chief Albert Pike in secession and in other British white supremacy projects, such as the Ku Klux Klan. For eugenics, the British royal family itself was the Rite's point of reference. The {{Duke of Connaught,}} son of Queen Victoria and brother of King Edward VII, had been grand master of the United Grand Lodge of England since 1901. American masonic leaders referred to the duke as ``grand master of the Mother Grand Lodge of Masons of the World.'' The son of a German father (Victoria's husband, the Coburg Prince Albert), the Duke of Connaught was deeply involved in German affairs and was a patron of Britain's ``New Dark Ages'' ultra-racialist elite group based in South Africa. Late in 1932, negotiations for Hitler's takeover of Germany took place at the home of Joachim von Ribbentrop, who, as a traveling teenager, had been adopted into the household of the Duke of Connaught. Ribbentrop then became the head of Hitler's foreign intelligence service. As Hitler's ambassador to England, Ribbentrop worked in tandem with the leadership of the clique which employed Hitler as a British surrogate to smash up Europe: the masonic grand master duke and his nephew, the openly Nazi Edward VIII; Bank of England Governor Montagu Norman; and Lord Halifax, Neville Chamberlain's foreign minister
Kallmann was ``half-Jewish.'' This was a big blow for Kallmann, who had proved his Nazi credentials at the International Congress for Population Science in Berlin in 1935. At that British-led meeting hosted by Hitler's Interior Ministry, Kallmann had argued for the sterilization of {even the apparently healthy relatives} of schizophrenics, along with the schizophrenics themselves, to securely eliminate all the defective germ plasm. Without missing a step, Kallmann emigrated to America and became director of research in the New York State Psychiatric Institute, attached to Columbia University in Manhattan. The Scottish Rite's Dr. Lewis was the director of the institute. Kallmann simply continued in New York the Nazi propaganda work he had been doing for Rockefeller in Germany. The Scottish Rite of Freemasonry paid Kallmann to conduct a study of over 1, 000 cases of schizophrenia, in order to assert the claim that the mental disorder was inherited. Kallmann's study was published simultaneously in the United States and Nazi Germany in 1938. In the preface, Kallmann thanked the Scottish Rite and his mentor Ru@audin. He called schizophrenics a ``source of maladjusted crooks ... and the lowest types of criminal offenders. Even the faithful believer in liberty ... would be happier without those.'' He declared sarcastically, ``I am reluctant to admit the necessity of different eugenic programs for democratic and fascistic communities.... There are neither biological nor sociological differences between a democratic and a totalitarian schizophrenic.'' Kallmann's scholarly American study was used by the Nazi government's T4 unit as a part of its pretext to begin in 1939 the murder of mental patients and various other ``defective'' people, many or most of them children. Lethal gas and lethal injections were used to kill 200-250,000 under this program, in which the staffs for a broader program of mass murder were desensitized and trained
- 1939-40: the deal for Auschwitz -
The German chemical company IG Farben and Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey were effectively a single firm, merged in hundreds of cartel arrangements. IG Farben was led, up until 1937 by the Warburg family, Rockefeller's partners in banking and in the design of Nazi German eugenics. Following the Nazi invasion of Poland in September 1939, Britain and Germany declared war on each other and World War II began. But later that month, Standard Oil executives flew to the Netherlands on a British Royal Air Force bomber and met with IG Farben executives. Standard Oil pledged to keep the merger with IG Farben going even if the United States entered the war. This was exposed in 1942 by Sen. Harry Truman's investigating committee, and President Franklin Roosevelt took hundreds of legal measures during the war to counter the Standard Oil-IG Farben cartel's supply operation for the enemy war machine. In 1940-41, IG Farben built a gigantic factory at Auschwitz in Poland, to utilize the Standard Oil-IG Farben patents with concentration camp slave labor to make gasoline from coal. The SS guarded the Jewish and other inmates and selected for killing those who were unfit for IG Farben slave labor. Standard-Germany President Emil Helfferich testified after the war that Standard Oil funds helped pay for the SS guards at Auschwitz. On March 26, 1940, six months after the Standard Oil-IG Farben meeting, European Rockefeller Foundation official Daniel O'Brian wrote to the foundation's chief medical officer Alan Gregg that ``it would be unfortunate if it was chosen to stop research which has no relation to war issues.'' The ``non-war- related'' research continued. {The Rockefeller Foundation defends its record by claiming that its funding of Nazi German programs during World War II was limited to psychiatric research.}
After the war, Mengele was a famous target of Nazi-hunters pursuing him to South America. But his boss, Verschuer, was regarded in a different light: He was a high-level Rockefeller operative. In 1946, Verschuer wrote to the Bureau of Human Heredity in London, asking for help in continuing his ``scientific research. '' In 1947, the Bureau of Human Heredity moved from London to Copenhagen, and Verschuer moved to Denmark to join the British group there. The new Danish building for this group was erected with Rockefeller money. The first International Congress in Human Genetics following World War II was held at this Danish institute in 1956. Dr. Kallmann helped save Verschuer by testifying at his denazification proceedings. Kallmann, a director of the American Eugenics Society, became an icon at the New York State Psychiatric Institute, which remains to this day a nest of the Eugenics Society. With Verschuer and other Nazi notables, Dr. Kallmann also created the American Society of Human Genetics, which organized the ``Human Genome Project''--a current $3 billion physical multiculturalism effort.
- 1943: research in North America -
With the war on, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Canadian military joined their psychiatric forces. Canadian Army medical director Dr. George Brock Chisholm had been trained as a psychiatrist at the {{Tavistock Psychiatric Clinic}} in London, and Tavistock--the British Crown's central mind-bending agency-- was a major Rockefeller Foundation beneficiary. In 1943, the Rockefeller Foundation created the Allen Memorial Institute at McGill University in Montreal. Eugenics- oriented psychiatrist {{Donald Ewen Cameron,}} a Scottish immigrant to the United States, was placed in charge of the institute's psychiatry. Experiments in coercive interrogation and brainwashing would be conducted at Allen Institute under the auspices of the Canadian military, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Dr. Cameron's ``terminal'' use of electric shock as a brain-burning torture, psychosurgery, and brainwashing with drugs and hypnosis would make the Canadian program the most famous apsect of the CIA's MK- Ultra. Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., a new odor, that of marijuana, could be detected inside St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C. (St. Elizabeth's is the mental hospital where presidential assailants or other federal cases are kept.) The superintendent, Scottish Rite chief psychiatrist Winfred Overholser, was in 1943 the chairman of the misnamed ``truth drug'' committee for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). The criminal underworld was systematically being brought into official but secret joint activities with the government, under the pretext of fighting fascism. Overholser's crew administered the hallucinogen mescaline to various test subjects. Then in the spring of 1943, they perfected the right mix of marijuana and tobacco to produce a ``state of irresponsibility'' in the subject. The official OSS story is that New York mafia hitman August Del Gracio began smoking Overholser's ``joints'' on May 27, 1943, in order to loosen his tongue. Federal agents were thus supposedly to learn the inside secrets of drug trafficking--but not to stop it. This was part of an ongoing federal program, which organized crime czar Meyer Lansky boasts (in his authorized biography) that he personally arranged. Mafia thugs were brought in to work in Naval Intelligence offices, and jointly with U.S. agents in U.S. ports and shipping, to more effectively intimidate our national enemies. Former CIA staff member John Marks writes in {The Search for the Manchurian Candidate} that Overholser's working group included counterintelligence agents inside the Manhattan Project atomic bomb project, and the FBI, which was under the direction of Dr. Overholser's Scottish Rite comrade, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. The Overholser group gave marijuana to U.S. soldiers at Army bases throughout the country, supposedly to aid in the search for subversives. Later, during the 1950s and 1960s, the strategists of the MK- Ultra project would utilize the same channels of influence with U.S. security agencies to let them transform a generation of youth into dope users.
Cameron now testified as an expert at the Nuremberg war crimes trials. His old OSS colleague {{Allen Dulles,}} later the CIA director, was reportedly pleased by Cameron's suggestion that each surviving German over the age of 12 should be given electroshock treatment to burn out remaining vestiges of Nazism. That part of the Nuremberg Code dealing with scientific research was drafted by Boston psychiatrist Leo Alexander; he soon afterward joined with Auschwitz experimental mastermind Otmar Verschuer in Franz Kallmann's American Society of Human Genetics
In connection with the founding of the World Federation for Mental Health, a New York agent of Montagu Norman named Clarence G. Michalis was made chairman of the board of the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation. That foundation, in turn, would pay for much of what the World Federation and Tavistock were to do to the United States--supplying dope and otherwise subverting western ideals.
The technical coordinator of the U.S. delegation to the 1948 congress, Nina Ridenour, later wrote in {Mental Health in the United States: A Fifty Year History,} that ``the World Federation for Mental Health ... had been created upon the recommendation of the United Nations' {{World Health Organization}} and {{Unesco}}, because they needed a non-governmental [i.e., not accountable to any check of law or constitution--ed.] mental health organization with which they could cooperate
'' Unesco's partnership with Rees was guided by Unesco's founding secretary general, eugenics strategist {{Sir Julian Huxley,}} and by Unesco social sciences chief Dr. Otto Klineberg, a Tavistock-affiliated psychologist specializing in the supposedly racial characteristics of the American Negro. The congress, which in effect founded the modern ``mental health'' profession, brought together one of the most exotic collection of enemies of humanity in recent centuries. Its vice presidents included: {{Prof. Cyril Burt:}} Tavistock psychiatrist, eugenics activist, a leader of the ``psychical research'' movement (seances, ESP, ghosts), who was notorious for fraudulent ``twins'' research; {{Dr. Hugh Chrichton-Miller:}} founder of the Tavistock Clinic; vice president of the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich; vice president, National Association for Mental Health; {{Dame Evelyn Fox:}} a longtime leader of the British eugenics movement (Lady Norman was a disciple of Dame Evelyn); {{Sir David Henderson:}} psychiatrist in London, Munich, and New York; author of {Psychiatry and Race Betterment}; {{Lord Thomas Jeeves Horder:}} president of the Eugenics Society of Great Britain; president of the Family Planning Association; president of the Anglo-Soviet Public Relations Association; former physician to King Edward VIII; {{Carl G. Jung:}} occultist; psychiatrist to Montagu Norman, Paul Mellon, and the Dulles family; representative of German psychiatry under the Nazis, co-editor of the Nazis' {Journal for Psychotherapy}; {{Dr. Winfred Overholser:}} representative of the Scottish Rite Masons; chairman of the American delegation to the International Congress on Mental Health; {{Alan Ker Stout:}} University of Sydney, Australia, philosophy professor, president of the New South Wales Film Society, officer of Unesco for films; {{Dr. Alfred Frank Tredgold:}} member of Britain's Ministry of Health Committee on Sterilization and a leading expert on mental defectives. The congress was run by the host British ``National Association,'' whose patron was the Duchess of Kent, widow of the Grand Master of Masons (1939-42) and mother of the Grand Master of Masons (1967 to the present), and whose vice presidents were eugenics and masonic officials. The general conference at the congress was on the subject of {guilt,} including the crucial plenary session on alleged German collective guilt for the crimes of Nazism. The first speaker was {{Margaret Mead,}} anthropologist, occultist, who would be president of the World Federation for Mental Health in 1956 and 1957, during the MK-Ultra crimes. The ``Chairman for Discussion'' of this plenary was Scottish Rite strategist Winfred Overholser. In his opening remarks, Overholser said: ``I understand that a vocal minority in the press does not agree with the wisdom of having such a meeting, but we feel there is great hope for the future if the principles of mental hygiene can be translated into terms of international action.''

The CIA
The Central Intelligence Agency was formed at the end of World War II in order to fight the new covert Cold War. It found its roots in the already formed OSS (Office of Strategic Services), the military intelligence organization that had reached a high profile with its control over the top-secret Manhattan Project, which developed the first nuclear bomb.
The founding fathers of the CIA William "Wild Bill" Donovan and Allen Dulles, were both prominent Roman Catholics, and members of the secret society the "Knights of Malta".
Recently declassified documents show that following the war the Knights of Malta were responsible for aiding the escape of many prominent Nazis, including Death Camp scientists and many from the inner circles of occultist Heinreich Himmler's Gestapo - the Nazi intelligence service. Many of these, including Knight of Malta General Reinhard Gehlen, went directly to work for the newly formed CIA, which at Donovan's insistence, was now a civilian organization. This kept the fervently anti-Nazi General Dwight Eisenhower and the US military out of the initial equation, which allowed the CIA to represent the interests of American industrialists and transnational Corporations, above and beyond the interests of the American people.
A.B."Buzzy" Krongard's appointment to the top of the CIA pyramid by George Bush Jnr., after a long career in investment banking, once again illustrates who's interests the CIA is serving. The 68 year old Krongard recently boasted to the Washington Post "the whole OSS was nothing but Wall St. bankers and lawyers". He fails to mention that many of these bankers and lawyers were ardent political and financial supporters of the Nazis - who were perceived as an ally against the ideology of communism - regardless of their methods and beliefs.
The Cold War created a new enemy in Russia, and as propaganda was allowed to run to fever pitch, the ambitious young CIA was given a free reign within the American government. Roman Catholics were favored as agents because of their attitude towards "Godless Russia". However, the true aims of the CIA's leaders were more complex than the simple cold war politics of "commie bashing".
The Knights of Malta's intimate links with the Nazi movement found its ideological base in their common Rosicrucian belief system. This states that Man's evolution is held back by certain lower sub-races who must be removed for the process to continue. Through the CIA this feudal belief system had infiltrated the heart of democratic America. Under the cover of the cold war apparatus, the CIA became a global leader in biological and chemical warfare, mind control techniques, psychological operations, propaganda and covert warfare.
Close links were forged with South American military dictatorships, many of whom were led by Catholic Knights of Malta. It is of no coincidence that these same countries played a major part in the escape of Nazis through the "Rat Run".
Weapons, financial aid, and even American troops were given in support under the guise of fighting communism. The "School of the Americas" is an infamous CIA training school were many South American military personnel are still taught torture techniques.
Official admissions that the CIA were involved in the initial supply and distribution of "crack" cocaine were met with little interest from the population and mainstream media, regardless of the story being conveyed by a Pulitzer prize winning journalist (Gary Webb), and its documented links to the Iran/Contra scandal. From this it is clear that racist attempts at social engineering within the United States are tolerated by an indifferent or uninformed population. With the introduction of incredibly harsh drug laws simultaneously with the "discovery" of new and even more addictive drugs, is it apparent that the black population has become a target.
With one in four African American men either behind bars or on probation, mostly due to minor drug related offences, it is not surprising that the black community is claiming a conspiracy of massive proportions.
Even though recent statistics show that drug use amongst whites is five times greater than blacks, the massively disproportionate incarceration of blacks, with often a "three strikes you're out" life sentence being given for non-violent offences as trivial as "stealing a slice of pizza" or "a single bottle of vitamins" is disturbing. This obvious injustice creates a climate of fear and insecurity amongst black youth and their families. Perhaps it is no coincidence that the current "mandatory minimum sentencing" for drug related offences, which took away the right of judges to use their discretion in handing out prison terms, was introduced by David Rockefeller, heir of the Rockefeller empire and creator of the New World Order think-tank "The Trilateral Commission", a sister organization to the shadowy "Bilderberg Group".
As the scientific community acknowledges, AIDS is being transmitted from high-risk prison populations into Black and Latino communities. This inevitable consequence of unjust social policies, which many would label a conspiracy, could indeed amount to a covert genocide.
This would be in keeping with the aims of the Knights of Malta and their Rosicrucian-inspired secret agenda.

Neo-Nazism is perhaps ill-named as it implies that the original Nazi movement at some point ended or disappeared. In fact, the Nazis were only part of a much broader white supremacist movement to restore Feudalism and the Holy Roman Empire in Europe.
Before the beginning of World War II Hitler and the Nazis were funded in large part by American industrialists who were comfortable investing in a country were the workforce was extremely controlled and the union movement was outlawed. Mussolini's fascist Italy also attracted huge investments at a time when America's trade union movement was at its most rebellious.
This unprecedented shift in capital from America to Italy and Nazi Germany was a major contributing factor to the Great Depression of 1929 to 1941. Corporations such as Rockefeller's Standard Oil, Alfred P. Sloan's General Motors, Henry Ford II's Ford Motor Company, and others financed Hitler's industrial war machine, and indeed directly profited from the slave labor of the war years, as recent law suits have proven. It has been documented that Henry Ford gave Hitler personal birthday gifts of up to $30,000 prior to the war. When leading journalists of the day such as George Seldes attempted to inform the American public of this unholy alliance and its implications to American freedoms, they were promptly silenced by the Press barons who openly supported the Fascist movement in their numerous journals. In fact, according to a recent biography, William Randoph Hearst had Hitler and Mussolini on his payroll as columnists, and racist articles written by Hitler have been recovered. Multi-millionare Hearst believed Hitler could be "a great world leader". Ironically, one of Hollywood's founding fathers Charlie Chaplin was promptly deported from America following the release of his classic film "The Great Dictator", which mocked and ridiculed Hitler.
When Hitler's attempt to create a Third Empire (Third Reich) failed, many leading Nazis escaped through the Knights of Malta and Vatican "Rat Run" to the Americas.
Global members of these fascist groups participate at the highest levels of the military, international politics, and finance.
"P2" (Propaganda 2) are perhaps the most visable, and are named after the propaganda machine of Nazi Joseph Goebbels, that effectively mind controlled the German people into believing their Rosicrucian racist ideology that led to the Holocaust.
P2 has been linked to the Mafia, and directly implicated in the death of Pope John Paul I in 1978, as revealed by the acclaimed book "In God's Name" by respected journalist David Yallop.
It is widely known that Pope John Paul I demanded resignations from Vatican insiders who were members of P2, and were involved in major money laundering for the Mafia through the Vatican Bank. He also planned a complete reshuffle of the staff in the power structure of the Vatican. The next night he was found dead in his room with a list of names scattered over his body, and was prompty buried without an autopsy. Those listed were retained, and many were promoted to positions of more responsibilty and power, including Chicago's Bishop Paul Marcinkus who handled Vatican investments, and who eluded a suspicious Italian police by remaining within the Vatican's walls.
. During his short reign of thirty days Pope John Paul I had announced that God was "not only your father, but also your mother". He had chosen to reveal one of the ancient truisms of the "Secret Church", the Gnostic Christian concept of the dual nature of God.
John Paul I was also close to relaxing the Church's stance on birth control, and was about to meet a US Congressional delegation on global population. These issues would promote economic and political stability in the very countries where the Power Elites exercise most control - Africa and South America are important assets not to be given up lightly, and were the battlegrounds of the Cold War, as Old World Imperialism and New World economics of greed and expansion aimed to halt any real self-determination in these countries. It is ironic to note that the unseen and newly emerging spread of HIV/AIDS would have been stunted by the widespread use of contraceptive condoms at this exact time. Pope John Paul I's successor Pope John Paul II would make condom use the central issue of his Third World campaigns during the 1980's, even though he was fully aware of the massive threat of HIV/AIDS.
It was revealed by a former member of P2, Mino Pecorelli, that the organization was ultimately controlled by the Knights of Malta and their CIA allies. Following this revelation Pecorelli, like so many that have spoken out before him, was found dead. P2's Roberto Calvi, who handled Vatican finances and faced corruption charges, was found hanging under Blackfriar's Bridge in London, presumably also killed to protect the inner secrets of international Freemasonry.

Mind control and propaganda studies intensified under the CIA during the Cold War. The CIA's Dr. Henry Murray carried forward experiments in mind control conducted by the Nazi doctors in the concentration camps. One of his earliest volunteer patients at Harvard in the late 1950's was Jack Kaczynski, who consequently became the infamous Unabomber. The hallucinogenic drug "LSD", first discovered in Germany, was also the result of CIA experiments. Its studied effects mirrored Rosicrucian concepts. The Secret Doctrine teaches that through its occult initiations and practices one can "reach a higher spiritual plane and thus have knowledge and control over lesser beings". The CIA could not have foreseen the cultural effects of LSD upon a youth culture whose world view and morality was the opposite of those of the secret circles and power elite. As a result of this dangerous leak the CIA's mind control experiments became far more secretive, and today are part of the larger military-industrial complex and include the vast resources of the military's DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency).
When the DIA's Major David Morehouse spoke out about his experiences within an elite "remote viewing" unit, attempts were made on his and his family's lives. He was eventually court-martialed, dismissed and spent time hospitalized following a nervous breakdown. The remote viewing unit takes candidates who have displayed psychic abilities; Major Morehouse had a near-death experience after being shot in the head.
Through a rigorous and complex training these military psychics learn to "travel through time and space" in order to spy and gather intelligence.
While this may sound fantastic, it has been documented that these techniques were first used by British military intelligence (MI6) to spy upon the Nazi high command during World War II. Many recent military events have been influenced by this intelligence gathering method. The recent bombing of a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in Khartoum, Sudan, was a direct result of remote viewers seeing "Ebola ravished human corpses being cut up inside the plant". The CIA concluded that the Ebola virus was being prepared as a biological weapon that could be used in a terrorist attack against America. The plant was swiftly destroyed by twenty-four Cruise missiles. This factory was the only plant on the African continent capable of producing a treatment for Malaria, which kills millions of Africans every year. As a result of an official government inquiry, a mistake was formally admitted and the factory was acquitted of any compliance in terrorist or Ebola related activity. A law suit against the US Government has been filed by the company. One hopes the CIA's fear of Third World diseases infecting the West wasn't a factor in their "psychic" decision making.

The scientific community state that HIV entered the human population of Africa for the first time around 1975, just months after this top-secret agenda. Tests on blood and tissue samples collected in Central Africa from 1964 - 1975 showed no evidence of HIV infection. "Something dramatic happened in 1975", said leading AIDS scientist Dr. Jay Levy.
At the start of the Cold War, both America and Russia eagerly pursued many avenues of biological weaponization. Ignorance is also cited as a major factor, and yet the worst hit nations such as Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa have the highest literacy rates - more than 90 percent.The population of Africa is irreversibly declining, which is causing massive economic and social instability.
Strangely, fears of this disease negatively affecting the West do not seem to be very high. Indeed, Western governments are even working to prevent African nations from manufacturing their own protease inhibitor AIDS drugs.
Indeed, the icon and spiritual leader of this culture Pope John Paul II, has traveled extensively throughout Third World countries since the discovery of AIDS with the messianic fervor of a true Christian missionary. His purpose is to prevent the native people of the world from using rubber condoms, which he claims are "evil" as they are a form of birth control. And yet, condoms are the only known protection against AIDS.
In fact, the Roman Catholic Church is already deeply implicated in the spread of AIDS since 1975. The scientific community accepts that the initial Big Bang spread of HIV in Africa was caused by the re-use of unsterilized needles during inoculations in missionary hospitals.

According to recent disclosures by Britain's The Guardian newspaper American anthropologist Prof. James Neel, on behalf of nuclear & biological weapons designers, intentionally introduced by inoculation a virulent strain of measles into the Yanomami Indians of Venezuela in the mid-60's. His team then monitored the spread of the disease, which killed thousands, and refused to give medical assistance to the sick and dying. Cornell University's Professor Terry Turner believes that Neel "was trying to test controversial eugenic theories like the Nazi scientist Josef Mengele".
During World War II Nazi physician Dr. Josef Mengele studied the effects of viruses and bacteria on thousands of Auschwitz imprisoned twins to analyse the relationship between disease and racial type. Indeed, being a highly regarded anthropologist, it is known that Mengele spent a period of time in Africa collecting blood and exotic viral samples. According to Russia's ex-deputy head of biological weapons Ken Alibek, now working for the US military, during the 1950's US pharmaceutical company Merck and Co. "was incubating lethal viruses on the lung tissue of human fetuses, while their Russian counterparts were clumsily using chicken eggs".

“Designer babies” will be all the rage this Spring. So, apparently, will be historical amnesia. Historical amnesia is a tragic genetic illness. Sadly, it is affecting increasing numbers of people in our culture. As Santayana has famously said, “those who forget the past are destined to repeat it.”
Several “designer baby” stories during the last two weeks reinforce Santayana’s warning. On 16 February, Britain’s first designer baby was born. The British couple hoped to have a child who could supply bone marrow stem cells for the child’s ailing sibling. The couple was referred to the Reproductive Genetics Institute in Chicago where they conceived through in vitro fertilization. On 22 February, another British couple was given permission by the Human Fertilisation and Embryo Authority to use IVF to create a child who would be a perfect genetic match for his brother who suffers from a rare blood disorder. On 27 February, we were told that one of Scotland’s largest hospitals, the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, had applied for a license to create designer babies for couples with genetic disorders like thalassemia and Fanconi’s anemia.
That Britain and the United States are swapping these developments is poetic in a rather dark way. After all, it was the Victorian Francis Galton of England who pioneered the old eugenics. “Eugenics” means “good genes” and stands for a movement to make better humans through good breeding. In the States the eugenics movement was launched by Charles Davenport who saw the importance of Mendel’s experiments with the genetics of pea plants for human genetic control. In 1904, Davenport set up the Cold Spring Harbor Labs on Long Island, which for many years was under the leadership of James Watson, the co-discoverer of the double-helical nature of the DNA molecule.
By the 1930s, through the American Eugenics Society, the idea of eugenics had a stranglehold on the American psyche. So-called “Fitter Families” contests were held across the United States in the 1930s. Fitter families were families with fewer incidences of physical and mental disability. Their ethnic heritage also had to remain intact. Racial intermarriage disqualified families. Thus, the fitter families were exclusively caucasian. Mary T. Watts, co-founder of the first contest at the 1920 Kansas Free Fair, said: “While the stock judges are testing the Holsteins, Jerseys, and whitefaces in the stock pavilion, we are judging the Joneses, Smiths, and Johns.” Winners were given a medal inscribed with the slogan, “Yea, I Have a Goodly Heritage.”

As the 50's also saw the beginning of the Cold War and the development of terrifyingly high-tech weaponry, it was not surprising that ordinary people began to feel paranoid. As CIA propaganda against Russia and clandestine warfare techniques evolved, stories of extraterrestrial intelligence became useful to create an atmosphere of secrets and lies. Certainly it would do no harm if the Russians believed that the American military were in touch with extraterrestrials, and accessing unbelievable technologies.
As the CIA and secret military divisions were indeed involved in the development of strange science fiction-type weaponry such as Stealth Bombers, high-energy laser guns, microwave weapons, and miniature nuclear devices, rumors abounded and eyewitness accounts of UFOs soared, especially in areas close to military bases.
In order to keep control over the now immensely powerful military-industrial complex, the "old boy" establishment within the CIA and DIA began to use the extraterrestrial mythology to its advantage.
Allowing rumors to run rampant about the connection between top-ranking military officials and highly developed extraterrestrial beings made these military leaders extremely threatening and influential. As the military was already deeply connected with Freemasonry, the extraterrestrial myth played perfectly into Freemasonry's elaborately structured belief system.
Thus the core conspiracy that we see today is a strange mix of sci-fi and secret society mythology.
The truth is simply that members of the American military are involved in Occult practices and beliefs, and are allied with historical European "Satanic" organizations. The extraterrestrial "Council of Nine" is Lieutenant Colonel Michael Aquino's ruling authority of "Magus" level initiates within the "Temple of Set". A former member of the Church of Satan, Aquino left Anton LaVey's coven to establish his own Rosicrucian-inspired "Temple of Set" in the mid-70's. The effectiveness of the military's "mind war" has led to almost complete control over the minds of its personnel. By the 1990's when soldiers were dying of Gulf War Syndrome after the effects of the trial usage of FDA unapproved vaccines, even the victims themselves doubted the truth of their own illness, when told by military officials that it did not exist.
If the military's Dark Side believe the sex and drug-induced rantings of their seers to be truly extraterrestrial, then clearly amendments need to be made to the Constitution, to reinforce the separation of "Secret Church" and State. |

Francis Galton (1822-1911) was an English scientist who studied heredity and intelligence. He was the person who coined the word eugenics, using Greek words to express what was originally a Greek concept.
He was a cousin of Charles Darwin. Erasmus Darwin was Francis Galton's maternal grandfather and also Charles Darwin's paternal grandfather. Erasmus Darwin developed a theory of evolution that Charles Darwin later expanded and refined.
Galton defined his new word this way: "Eugenics is the study of agencies under social control that may improve or impair the racial qualities of future generations, whether physically or mentally." But he wanted more than a little study. In 1905, he wrote about the three stages of eugenics ã first an academic matter, then a practical policy, and finally "it must be introduced into the national consciousness as a new religion."
In Memories of My Life, Galton said that the publication of Darwin's book on evolution stirred a rebellion against religious dogma: "The publication in 1859 of The Origin of Species by Charles Darwin made a marked epoch in my own mental development, as it did in that of human thought generally. Its effect was to demolish a multitude of dogmatic barriers by a single stroke, and to arouse a spirit of rebellion against all ancient authorities whose positive and unauthenticated statements were contradicted by modern science."
He became an openly anti-Christian bigot. For example, he wrote about prayer, dismissing the idea that God would ever listen to anyone's prayers for good weather, basing his argument on mockery, not data: "I do not propose any special inquiry whether the general laws of physical nature are ever changed in response to prayer: whether, for instance, success has attended the occasional prayers in the Liturgy when they have been used for rain, for fair weather, for the stilling of the sea in a storm, or for the abatement of a pestilence.

Philip Sheridan also had used in the Shenandoah Valley, was destroying supplies. They had attacked the power of the Confederacy by destroying the crops that fed the army (and the civilians). After that war, as the railroads and white civilization pushed west, the same tactic was used against the Indians. Sharpshooters began slaughtering the principal source of food for the Plains Indians ã herds of buffalo.
According to Gen. Sheridan, the buffalo hunters did more to settle "the vexed Indian question than the entire army has done in 35 years."
By 1890, the Plains Indians were subdued, pushed aside to make way for an "advanced civilization." In 1893, efforts began to rescue the buffalo from extinction, since there may have been fewer than one thousand left (down from 40 million in 1830).
Galton's mathematical approach to life was sometimes absurd and offensive. Once, when he saw a woman in Africa with large breasts, he walked around her with a sextant, measuring angles. He kept track of how many pretty girls he saw as he walked down the street, grading them on a scale of one to ten, and later charting the results.

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) was not just a fine little college turning out well-trained accountants. It is hard to grasp the grand scale of its ambition. The LSE was founded in 1895 by Beatrice and Sidney Webb, leaders of the Fabian Society.
When the LSE became a stronghold of eugenics, a curious and very important thing happened. The politics of the time were about money and the control of money. There were conservatives who still believed in some kind of aristocracy, and they adopted eugenics ideas because the ideology of arrogance fitted them.
