GRU is (former) Soviet military intelligence, sort of like US ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence)
ADL is Anti-Defamation League (some say an intel front org), like Evergreen Aviation is a CIA front org.

This acronym came from my first reaction
when I observed 2 low flying commercial
sized aircraft leaving persistant trails
over my northern City. I'll let you spell out the acronym.
