There have also been cat mutilations in Canada--BC and Ontario for sure...

Perhaps the cattle mutilations are for scientific purposes, but if so, why don't the "scientists" raise their own herds as to not expose/draw attention to themselves, unless of course, fear is something they wish to instill??
