Clear Channel and Bush Control the Airwaves.
Sick and tired of our airwaves being controlled by the Bush posse via the Clear channel monopoly? Sick of the new world order propaganda being pumped into your radio if you listen to any of the 1200+ radio stations owned by Clear Channel including 248 of the top 250 radio markets in the U.S. and over 60% of all rock stations? too true for a few: http://www.takebackthemedia.com/
>Citizen Kane is back, in the form of an incestuous media-political complex<
That link led to some suppressed local news. Thanks.

Members of Veterans For Peace and Vietnam Veterans Against the War were yanked off a downtown Tallahassee street,...they had legitimately registered...
...Parade chairman Ken Conroy, a Korean War veteran, said he ejected the anti-war veterans because they were offensive and because Tallahassee police also wanted them removed. He offered to refund their $10 registration fee and said he was not suppressing the group's free speech rights.<
Yep.
Just like the many call-in talk shows on clear Channel stations.
You are free to say anything you want.
Just not over their airwaves.
>The mainstream media is a different problem altogether. I'm not accusing the mainstream media of aiding and abetting the Bush administration.
Well, they are, but they're not doing it necessarily by design," Drobny said.
"The media themselves are not independent enough because they represent very large corporations, which are getting much larger, and they appeal to corporate America, with the power, the resources and the status quo. Their sole interest, primarily, is to cozy up with the powerful so that they continue making money." <

In case anyone is interested in reading more about the Bush/Clear Channel connection. I know some of this is likely old news for most of you.

There is a catalog called the Whole Earth Catalog that has books and contacts for building your own radio transmitter. Wouldn't it be great to be a pirate and jack the radio waves? During rush hour traffic when eveyone has got their radios on - spit some truth out at them.
Just an idea. |

That's illegal in the United States. You have to get a low-watt licence.
Internet radio is bringing the next radio revolution.
Clear Channel is expanding into Europe now BTW.
