Please correct me if I'm wrong. But would not the reflecting of heat away from the planet and back into the atmosphere be similar to what HARRP is attempting to do.
Heat the ionosphere, causing disruption to same and the disruption of weather patterns. If this is so, or a remote possibility, then the whole chemtrail thing takes on a new light. ???? |
