This forum is intended as an informal communications vehicle between those on differing sides of the Chemtrail issue (although topics are not limited to that).
Most of those that previously lost posting rights have them restored for this experimental forum.
Participants should put their vitriol, etcetera aside, so as to have enjoyable, constructive and productive discussions. Please keep this in mind if you would like to participate in The Neutral Zone.
Posting personal e-mail, other's personal pictures, satirical roasts, name-calling, and "slanderous verbalism" is verbotten. Using poetry, etc. to insult, jab or avoid real communication is also not appropriate.
Your moderators, Chem11 and theseeker, represent both sides of the Chemtrail issue.
Welcome to the DMZ.

It lives!
I'd like to to take a second to thank Thermit and theseeker for helping make this forum a reality.
I've learned quite a bit in the last few weeks. One of the things I've learned is that people on seperate sides of an issue (even one as emotionally charged as this) can interact productively, if they choose to do so.
It's a matter of attitude, not perception.
With that in mind, let the games begin! And, as always, wagering is not permitted.

I'll second that, for those who feel comfortable posting in thermit's forums, and have chosen to not interact elsewhere this forum, hopefully will open up lines of communication to all who wish not only to state opinion, but to test it among those who may carry a different view...
btw, delphi, would you be a "mudbug" (louisianna classification)
damn...I forgot...no wagering...

O.K., me too. I'm glad that you allowed people back on this site, although the "debunkers" are still second-class citizens by not being able to post elsewhere. But, it's a start, and that alone is worthy of gratitude.
