When you enter a website, many times the cookies on that site will attempt to do a trace back on you. This is done to try and monitor what sites you visit and ultimately where your interests lie, and what your potential spending habits are. This is all aimed at advertising and the most effective way to snag your dollars. When that cookie traces back to your computer, if your zone alarm is configured properly (stealth) there will be no computer showing , they will pass you on by, but you have all the data on who was attempting entry via your zone alarm log + whois...
