To prevent Northeastern Flooding spray here
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It might be a wise investment to spray on a line from Central SC's peadmont northeastward to Central NJ. Go 75 miles on each side of that line. Cut the high temperatures by 3F on 10/23 and 10/24. It should cut down on the rainfall tallies across the Northeast for tuesday and wednesday, considering that Alpha and Wilma is going to become entrained from the deposition of Wilma's spraying off the SC and NC Coast. Could be another 3-5" rainfall for many locals. Let's try and cut it to 1 or 2".

There it is, a Wilma and Alpha that were suppose to whip off shore and not affect the Eastern Sea Board after Flordia. Just like I said. Tomorrow they have to cut highs by 6F since they aren't doing it today, otherwise another 3 to 5" rainfall across the Northeastern US with flooding again.
