Americans know this: The UK government is a socialist one and always has been. Ever since feudual system transgressed over to fake capitalism or monopolism (slavery continued...)along with corporatism as was seen in the totalitarian nazi germany. A socialist state does its bit for us from birth to death the state runs your life for you, they see it as care! They think they do and know best for us all!
Local councils operate differently believe if or not! Insane because some countries and regions have up to 6 different bins wheras others only have two or 3. And all are different colours. Independent surverys found that where no recycleing took place less waste was caused, when rubbish was disposed of within a week. The local authorities in some area sonly collect refuse every two weeks and plan to only collect rubbush 12x a year to German standards. If we have more rubbish that is not collected then we will be charged for it. The UK has far fewer incinerators than mainland Europe. And Germany pollutes more than any EU country. By 2025 the UK will have the largest population of all EU states.
Tax payers that not only recycles 60%-80% of waste including bio life such as garden waste from grass, tree cuttings, etc. Are at a loss because we pay higher taxes each year for the service when the service declines each year now with fewer collections, not only this, but the UK local authorities make money by selling the composted waste to commercial organisations.
There is good reason why the government call citizens customers! They are parasites.
In other countries manufacturers are responsible for recycling whereas in the UK industry is the highest consumer of energy and biggest waste generators! Yet they do not need to abide by police state laws as we currently do, at least not until 2012 when new legislation comes in! March to the Nazi Ecofascism tune....left right, left right....

And FYI the police do mionitor this website, when they seized my computer they had access to my account on here at CTC! I did change the password weeks before they looked at the HDD's though!
When I received my computer back it was packed in a plastic bag and was tagged with a plastic triangle or pyramid logo! They are the ones the police hires to do the forensic work.
Funny thing was they kept the HDD's for over a full year, crappy BS investigative police state work! I am no criminal you NAZIS!! Not until freedom is outlawed - FREEDOM = LIFE!!!

IMHO forms of control ove rour lives like this encourage peopel to do evil things. People will only take so much downtredding and stamping on them! Their emotions need release so this is why we have depression and crimes, not the only sole reasons but also people that do self harm, etc they find it helps them! So you get the idea, the government seek to control your life at every single point, in everything we do! So one must rebel at some time even if it is considered a crime, no? After all a crime against an animal is not a crime unless the state makes it a law, now?! So because murder is illegal it only applies to humans and not other life...yet the state can commit murder and never be held accountable. Such is the state of affairs.
Even still this is not justification to ovethrow a government or cause any violence, because force from evil gets us no where. It won't change their hearts desire or nature! Not change the spirit of people! They will still be eveil and continue to rule over us if we allow them to. We must find another way, you know how - surrender all fear, even fear of death.

The European Gendarmerie Force (EGF) is an initiative of 5 EU Member States - France, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal and Spain – aimed at improving the crisis management capability in sensitive areas. Since Wednesday, 17th December 2008, the High Level Interdepartmental Committee Meeting (CIMIN) decided to welcome the Romanian Gendarmerie to become a full member of the EGF. Therefore the EGF consists from that moment of 6 member states.
EGF responds to the need to rapidly conduct all the spectrum of civil security actions, either on its own or in parallel with the military intervention, by providing a multinational and effective tool.
The EGF will facilitate the handling of crisis that require management by police forces, usually in a critical situation, also taking advantage from the experience already gained in the relevant peace-keeping missions.
Based in Vicenza in the "Generale Chinotto" barracks, the EGF HQ is now developing a comprehensive and coherent operational system, which will permit to be ready in case of prompt deployment to crisis areas.
EGF goal is to provide the International Community with a valid and operational instrument for crisis management, first and foremost at disposal of EU, but also of other International Organizations, as NATO, UN and OSCE, and ad hoc coalitions.

Guardsmen to conduct urban training at Arcadia in April

The Carroll National Guard unit will train on urban military operations by holding a four-day exercise at Arcadia.
The purpose of the April 2-5 drill will be to gather intelligence, then search for and apprehend a suspected weapons dealer, according to Sgt. Mike Kots, readiness NCO for Alpha Company.
Citizens, law enforcement, media and other supporters will participate.
Troops will spend Thursday, April 2, staging at a forward operations base at Carroll. The next day company leaders will conduct reconnaissance and begin patrolling the streets of Arcadia to identify possible locations of the weapons dealer.
The primary phase will be done Saturday, April 4, when convoys will be deployed from Carroll to Arcadia. Pictures of the arms dealer will be shown in Arcadia, and soldiers will go door to door asking if residents have seen the suspect.
Soldiers will knock only at households that have agreed to participate in the drill, Kots noted.
"Once credible intelligence has been gathered," said Kots, "portions of the town will be road-blocked and more in-depth searches of homes and vehicles will be conducted in accordance with the residents' wishes.
"One of the techniques we use in today's political environment is cordon and knock," Kots explained. "We ask for the head of the household, get permission to search, then have them open doors and cupboards. The homeowner maintains control. We peer over their shoulder, and the soldier uses the homeowner's body language and position to protect him."
During this phase of the operation, troops will interact with residents and media while implementing crowd-control measures and possibly treating and evacuating injured persons.
The unit will use a Blackhawk helicopter for overhead command and control, and to simulate medevacs.
The drill will culminate in the apprehension of the suspected arms dealer.
Alpha Company will conduct a review of the drill on Sunday, April 5.
A meeting to give residents more information and accept volunteers will be held 7 p.m. Monday, March 2, in the Arcadia American Legion hall.
Kots said the exercise will replace Alpha Company's weekend drill for April.
"We have a lot of extended drills this coming year," he added.
In addition to surveillance, searching and apprehension, the exercise will also give the troops valuable experience in stability, support, patrol, traffic control, vehicle searches and other skills needed for deployment in an urban environment.
"This exercise will improve the real-life operational skills of the unit," said Kots. "And it will hopefully improve the public's understanding of military operations."
The pre-drill work with residents is as important at the drill itself.
"It will be important for us to gain the trust and confidence of the residents of Arcadia," said Kots. "We will need to identify individuals that are willing to assist us in training by allowing us to search their homes and vehicles and to participate in role-playing."
"We really want to get as much information out there as possible, because this operation could be pretty intrusive to the people of Arcadia."

The 'Summer of Rage' could be Lethal
On 20th Feb 2008 a caucus meeting was held at the German Parliament in Munich to discuss the Lisbon Treaty.
At this meeting a previously unmentioned paragraph was bought to light by Professor Schachtschneider, Humanities Faculty -University of Nuremberg.
Professor Schachtschneider, explained that the undisclosed paragraph means on ratification of the Lisbon Treaty the DEATH PENALTY will be reintroduced to Europe. The Death Penalty will be applicable for the crimes of RIOTING, CIVIL UPHEAVAL and DURING WAR. (When are we not at war and who will define riot and upheaval?)
Professor Schachtschneider made the point that this clause is particularly outrageous as it had been cleverly hidden in a footnote of a footnote and would not have been detected by anyone other than an exceptional expert reader.
