Measurements have recently been taken with a calibrated photometer to measure the reduction in intensity of sunlight that occurs as a direct result of heavy aerosol operations1. These measurements show a rapid reduction in the transmission of sunlight from a value of 97% on a “clear day” to the lower level of approximately 80% during the early stages of heavy aerosol operations. These measurements have been taken to coincide with the photographs below that show the aircraft aerosol trails systematically increasing the extent of the aerosol bank.
Rather than reducing the temperature of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly have the opposite effect of increasing temperature and aggravating, if not inducing drought conditions. This is a result of a combination of factors, including the specific heats of the elements involved as well as the hygroscopic properties of the aerosols. Physical and chemical analysis of the aerosol dynamics will lead to the expected observations of increased temperature, decreased moisture and an increase in winds. The absorption and displacement of this solar energy into environmental, military, biological and electromagnetic operations represents a theft of the natural and divine rights of the inhabitants of this planet. These are only preliminary effects upon the local and regional environments; longer term and more serious impacts upon the biosphere have been, are now and will become evident.

Hi Jeanie,
Carnicom's first paragraph I wholeheartedly agree with. The simple principle of artificially created cloudy haze -by planes- blocking the sun and lowering the amount of sunlight striking earth is easy enough to understand.
But he goes on though in his second paragraph to say "Rather than reducing the temperature of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly have the opposite effect of increasing temperature, and aggravating if not inducing drought conditions." He lists such reasons as specific heat of the elements and their hygoscopic properties as reasons but doesn't really offer specifics.
While I can easily imagine that these 'pollution clouds' as NASA's own tests indicate may not be very "water friendly" and may well add to drought problems, the simple personal observation of feeling the temperature drop locally and regionally below these aerosol banks is hard to deny. I wonder if Cliff took temperature readings at the time he took sunlight measurements also. It would be hard to imagine if he took temp. readings that they would have actually went up (not down) as the sun became shaded. How does one explain this in logical terms.
I also remember NASA's Patrick Minnis saying in an article something to the affect i believe that these "contrails" might be causing warming. Again the same question. But also why then if warming is a problem do the applications continue. Was he simply saying that the attempts to use "enhanced contrails" as 'sunblockers' was not achieving the desired affect. My first thought was that maybe it was just Fed spin and that NASA was using reverse Psy Ops to lead the public away from the obvious fact of the applications. But obviously if they are WORSENING the problem they should stop. It is obvious to me planes CAN fly burning' clean and leave ZERO white smokey expanding trails IF that should be the INTENT. It is OBVIOUS the intent is to do just the opposite.
If one takes Minnis at his word and he is PROTESTING the use of these aerosol applications (rather than running cover for them) then we have instead an "Iron Mountain" type scenario where the INTENT is actually to warm the earth, create "order out of chaos" and come in and pick up and "rebuild" the pieces in the image of The Empire. Harder to believe but much more dangerous if true.
