Natural methods of weather control mind over matter PostWed Dec 07, 2005 4:36 am  Reply with quote

A Brief and Partial History of Weather Control

The official recognition given to weather control technology by setting up a Board to oversee it at this time might suggest to some that this technology is a new field, and that the research is just beginning. However, weather control has a long history, and if various observers and researchers are correct in their interpretation of documents and data, we have been seeing it in use for at least three decades.

The ancient way to govern weather was for especially trained and disciplined individuals to interact with the spirit dimension.

"In many cultures, weather-working ability seems to be part and parcel of the shaman's job description and is considered necessary for the survival and well-being of the community. Successful weather-working also demonstrates the shaman's strong relationship with the spirits and the forces of nature. Implicit in these demonstrations is not an opportunity for self-aggrandizement, but ideally, an opportunity to support the community in the certain knowledge that the spirits are really at work and that miracles can indeed be expected! "

The co-authors point out that compassion and relationship were part and parcel of the shaman's weather control. This aspect of supporting the human social fabric is entirely missing from to the weaponized, inhuman imperative to manipulate weather, usually for the domination of one group over against another. (Ref)

Wilhelm Reich – discoverer of an actual, scientifically verifiable "life energy" he named "orgone" – developed a device he called the Cloud-Buster. This consisted of pipes grounded in water, and connected to layers of material from living and inorganic sources which functioned as an orgone accumulator. He was able to use this device to both shut off and bring rain. It was so powerful that it had to be used sparingly and with caution, to avoid creating either drought or flood. Some of Reich’s experiments had remarkable results. In 1954, he brought rain to drought-stricken Tucson. Even before the rain actually arrived, the grass had reached a foot in height due to the enhanced and balanced life energy (orgone). (Ref)

Trevor J. Constable continues in the Reich tradition, but mounts the pipes on aircraft and flies them through the area to be treated. His site describes Operation Clincher, a series of smog-reduction operations conducted in California under the auspices of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. In 2004 Constable authored an article rebutting the heavy-handed conventional ideas for control of hurricanes. He writes:

"Lunatic suggestions to explode atomic bombs against the eye wall of these immense vortexial systems, attest to orthodoxy’s dangerous bankruptcy, and also to orthodoxy’s perpetual readiness to embrace the murderous."

Constable's work, arising directly from that of Reich, draws on life-energy principles, which orthodox mechanistic science still refuses to acknowledge as existing. (Ref.) Since Descartes first dissected living dogs without anaesthetic, ignoring their howls of pain because he had convinced himself that “lower animals” had no conscious awareness, mechanistic scientists have regarded living and dead as being essentially the same.

Even when confronted with evidence, film, time-lapse video, and data, the conventionally-educated scientists and engineers still refuse to accept that the "etheric" technology – based on this life-energy concept – is able to diminish storms, even though it is etheric forces that play a role in creating them, according to Trevor Constable.

Do you need me to break out the crayons for you weatherman?

Central Illinois Spraying PostThu Dec 08, 2005 7:01 pm  Reply with quote

Look closely over Central Illinois, you can clearly see the chemtrails on the IR, then compare it to the near current radar. The trails show up nicely on the radar as well, once you locate them on the IR.

"Chemtrails" will absolutely NOT resolve at so low a resolution. What kind of idiots do you think we are here?

CT's will show up at that resolution. 8km is more than enough resolution to detect chemtrails. 4km would be nice, but 8km works. Again I have the college degree and the 21 yrs of meteorological experience, I know what I'm looking at, and very very very few times have I been wrong over 4 years. My 7 day forecasts using chemtrails at 8km resolutions beat out local forecasters with PhD's and Master degrees at the 24hr forecast frame. But leaving that aside, Here's more evidence that CT's are affecting precipitation.

Care to post your Graduate Certificate and a copy of your resume showing your previous/current work experience?

Weatherman, ET does bring up some very valid points here, and likewise, you have
made some extremely serious charges and claims on this board. I feel that for all parties concerned, at this point in the game, it is only fair that you share with us some of your credentials, qualifications and work experience with us. In otherwords, it would be extremely helpful for us if you provided a resume of yourself. You really can't expect to continue posting these inflamitory, outrageous claims/charges here, and be taken seriously at the same time, unless you provide us with this information. Until then, judging from some of the outrageous statements you have made here recently, in all honesty, I do find it somewhat difficult in taking you seriously.

Thanks

Busting the Chemtrail Myth PostMon Dec 12, 2005 12:42 am  Reply with quote

Sure there is research papers and experiments to suggest that placing soot in the troposhere is going to reflect the sun out but what is the net result on the Shaman.. Look at the symbol of "Aquarius". It is supposed to symbolize a person with "his" left hand raised up and his right hand pouring water from an ewer. Could this be the icon of the shaman making the rain? The question I am asking would be "Is there a downside to manipulating the weather using tech toys that has consequences we don't even know exist?

Massive remnants of last hurricane is heading for East coast PostTue Dec 13, 2005 3:22 am  Reply with quote

again. Check out this Atlantic Sat Loop. Fortunately a cold front will block it from reaching the East Coast.

Massive spraying occuring off the East Coast spreading Southward to Florida as they attempt to reinforce the cold front by blocking solar heating. Like putting up a cold air dam to prevent the low pressure remnants of what is still a massive system from hitting the East Coast.

SW Airlines Jet PostWed Dec 14, 2005 8:30 pm  Reply with quote

I find it ironic that I not only caught the USAF playing games with the snow across Illinois on 12/8/05, but only a few hours later that SW airlines jet skidded off the runway. No one mentioned a word about it. So for this topic's sake I'm including it, for the events that happened that day.

Chicago Airport Back After Accident

(AP) CHICAGO Midway International Airport was up and running Friday morning, less than 11 hours after a Southwest Airlines jet trying to land amid heavy snow plowed off a runway and into a street, killing a 6-year-old boy.

At least 10 people were injured in the Thursday evening crash, authorities said. The accident closed the airport, Chicago's second largest after O'Hare International, overnight. It reopened at 6 a.m. Friday, Aviation Department spokeswoman Wendy Abrams said.

Urs Hofstetter, 36, of Chicago arrived at Midway less than two hours before his 8:20 a.m. Southwest flight to Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

"It's been great," he said. "It's business as usual."

Flight 1248 from Baltimore touched down at Midway International Airport around 7:15. Though the airport had about 7 inches of snow, aviation officials said conditions at the time were acceptable. The skidded across the runway, slammed through a fence and struck two vehicles, pinning one beneath it.

The Boeing 737, nose resting on the ground, and the vehicles remained in the street Friday morning. Media congregated behind police barricades awaiting the arrival of National Transportation Safety Board investigators, who were expected by late morning, Abrams said.

Southwest CEO Gary Kelly said Friday morning it was the first fatal accident involving a Southwest flight in the discount carrier's 35-year history.

"There are no indications that there are any maintenance problems with that aircraft whatsoever," Kelly said. He said the plane had a service check Wednesday in Phoenix.

The 6-year-old, who had been riding in the vehicle trapped under the plane, was Joshua Woods of Leroy, Ind., said Sandra Flowers of the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Five crew and 98 passengers were aboard the plane, authorities said. Most were evacuated through the plane's inflatable slides in blowing snow, while others used stairs at the rear of the plane, said Chicago Fire Department Spokesman Larry Langford.

The airport, surrounded by homes and businesses, has shorter runways than most major airports, because it was originally built to handle smaller propeller planes. The larger ones land at O'Hare.

Passenger Mike Abate, 35, of suburban Milwaukee, said he could see from the plane that a man was carrying an injured child and that other people were taken away in an ambulance.

"We were safe on the plane," Abate said. "The toughest part was to realize that someone was under the belly of the plane."

Two people remained hospitalized at midmorning Friday, including one of the people in the car with Joshua. That person's condition was withheld at the request of family, Advocate Christ Medical Center said. A second person, in the other car that was hit, was in good condition at Holy Cross Hospital. Two passengers on the plane and six other people in the two cars were treated and released.

National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration officials from Washington were on their way to Chicago to investigate.

"They'll look at the weather, they'll look at the runway conditions, they'll look at the profile of the airplane both on approach and landing," said Terry McVenes, chairman of the Air Line Pilots Association's safety committee. "They'll take a look at everything and figure it out."

In a similar accident in February, a corporate jet skidded off a runway at Teterboro, N.J., crossed a highway and slammed into a warehouse. No one was killed, but a passenger in a car that was struck was critically injured.

A transportation measure signed recently by President Bush will require hundreds of airports to improve the safety margin at the end of runways by 2015.

The Midway accident happened 33 years to the day after a crash of a plane approaching the airport killed 45 people, two of them on the ground. Eighteen other passengers survived. Among the dead were Dorothy Hunt, the wife of Watergate figure E. Howard Hunt, and CBS newswoman Michele Clark.
