Virgin Rails subliminal chemtrail

Hi Folks.
Here in the uk at the moment there is an advertisement from the virgin rail network, which includes clips from old movies.
One of the clips comes from a movie from the sixties and is called the railway children.
Now in the clip from the advertisment the children are sitting on the fence watching a train go by, but behind them and to their right, there is what looks like a persistent "contrail-chemtrail" you choose, there is also a tree.
But in the actual movie, there is no tree, or contrail-chemtrail, yet by scrutinising the clips together it looks like the clip from the advert does indeed come from the movie, but the background has been replaced.
Now why would they do that?
See for yourself, here is the mpeg clip from the advertisement:

If that fails try here:

And here is a photo from the movie.
(I had to take a photo from the TV so sorry about the quality)

It's kind of a subliminal brainwashing technique to make everyone think that there's nothing unusual about persistant trails... and that they've always been that way... A lot of outdoor commercials now have trails in them... All part of the re-education process... |

Those were my thoughts on the issue to Dan, lets not forget that Virgin also run an airline! |

To be fair, contrails are so commonplace that the people making the commercials may not even think twice about filming with them in the sky - actually, it might be tough for them to get a day without them! So the majority of ads that show trails are probably innocent, but the ad featured here, where a trail was artificially added, is pretty spooky. If you're going to manipulate the shot, why not add a nice-looking summer cloud, instead of something butt-ugly that wasn't even around back then? |

That is not quite true, as earlier in the original movie of the railway children, there is an persitant contrail which was obviously left in by mistake.
How long it persists I do not know as the clip is short, but the contrail is long. |

What I meant was, contrails did not exist in the time period the story is set in. |

Show me old pictures on the net with the sky

They have all been deleted, model flight pictures, pictures of aircraft in flight. Surely you can find a picture of a Mustang flying but, it will be a very recent one. I suggested scanning old magazines with real sky in them and posting them here. We have to have some good stuff in the attic. Maybe people need a refresher on what the atmosphere should look like. What a real cloud is like. I saw an old picture of a rocky mountain and it was touched up to look like the white thin fog was there and the picture was dated in the 70s. It's a really big campaign to keep the major portion of the population from becoming aware of just how much they have changed the air that we breath. _________________ Thomas Jefferson.
