effective chemtrail detoxing

Get a protable steam room or go to your local gym and use the steam room regurlalrly (do not use sauna).
take colloidal minerals with eight glasses of purified water everyday.
make a shake with the following;
Glass of lowfat milk
two big spoonfulls of oatmeal
Two spoonfuls of whey powder 8make sure it does not contain artificial sweetners)
8 pecans (washed first)
blend it all and drink it every morning
