The following has nutrional supplement info. when taking supplements always, always start with low dosage and work your way up very slow, stick to the basics, lots of purified water and raw oatmeal everyday to clear the stomach lining of waste residue, also eat bananas every day, potasium is very important.
Also don't try to do everythign at once, but rather try the basics first, start with a mulitvitamin and mineral tablet, low amount and feel your way througjh.
If you eat plenty of fiber everyday, apples, oatmeal. your stomach will have a better absorption rate and you won't have to take great amounts (waste money).
Always drink plenty of water with vitamins and minerals, if your don't drink the water don't take them, you will get headaches.
