Nothing happens in 2012 does it since we already live in 2013 soon to be 2014.
Yes our calendar is wrong. Do some research, I was also told this at both primary and secondary school as I remember in several classes.
Even if we were to enter 2012 for real and our calendar was not flawed in any way and was accurate - it is only an end of an age - just like all ancient prophecy talks about, including the christian bible. And it is based on 12 signs / planets. This is ancient and of course the 12 planets were discovered thousands of years ago then the ruling establishment managed to destroy most ancient teachings/documents including occult black magick in the Alexandrian Library in Egypt that the Vatican burnt down, of course the Vatican know about the secrets hold and they want to keep it that way away from the people. They use symbology that represents satan some say with the reversed cross we see in the Vatican and of course that means satism. OK, this is interesting to non religious people also I think. Especially when the Vatican don't want the dead sea scrolls contents to be made public.
So the age of pisces ends soon or already has...soon to enter the age of Aquarius - the so called satanic or so called Golden Age - which is it to be? The Vatican know this because they use the symbology.

I think the end of the world could be better though if it did happen, at least then we would not be slaves! No America is going to save us and hey it will be Nazi world government since it is backed by USA and UK - no one can run or hide!. We're all doomed unless the masses awaken and fight!
Every major nation is selling out as we read this now to the UN and soon to be formed openly and officially American Union and Pacific Asian Union, one step away from the EU or UN taking full control those Unions are set up for!

I don't think its about the end of the world. I think its an alignment of all evil that might bring things to a boil. The antichrist cometh! Be warned! or something to that nature...

Yeah, I never believed it would be "the end of the world" but so many seem to like the idea of that.
Either way I think it is flawed prophecy but that never prevented any one from cashing in on that.
There are some religious Christians that claim the end times occurred in the first century (not exactly 100% sure what period of time but it happened - apparently) or near that time as I remember once reading. 
Just as many claim religion is all about blind faith and not facts while others say it is about facts and can all be documented with evidence and science, etc. Oh, and of course some claim we were made/genetically manipulated by aliens (and this planet was super seeded with alien life - from planets that were either destroyed or alien races fleed from)- including some luciferians worshippers such as Aaron Donahue, haha. And of course well known Zecharia Sitchin.
Will we ever know for sure though....

Yeah, I know closed minded irrationally insanely skeptical about almost everything .
David Icke also has beliefs about 2012 and a utopia world or something vastly different to what we have now but why don't these people pickup on other people's research about the flawed gregorian calenda we go by. And how the years are not correct at all. When even basic school teachers know about it.  Unless it is so these people can maximise profits....
We do know planet x is recognised by some astronomers planet x as a planet but I think the year it will come near us is far from our life time. But again...
Will we ever know for sure though....The only way to find out ancient secrets of life is death or to be psychic? And we all have a psychic ability that is not used.... A lost/unused/dormant tool.
