Phantom,
Visited your site and checked out your big Brother section!! Those pictures are the same boxes that I was describing on my site. It's some sort of motion detector device that works with equiptment inside cop cars. How do I know this? Cause I set it off. A siren goes off as well. Oddly, it may be able to collect information without second party equipment, but I'm leaning against it. I have a few theories. I do feel that whatever that main purpose is, it's not being enforced....yet. I strongly believe they fall into the same category as Sign Codes and suspecious newly erected buildings and road construction. I'm going to go out on a limb here and publicly state that I feel there are 'mass controlling' preperations going on throughout the US.

Swedishoo, I totally agree on the preparations for control of the masses. In my rural area of N. Calif., microwave towers to improve "cell phone reception" are going in all over the place. Funny though, the reception gets no better. |

Swedishoo and Molliani,
Good Morning. So they got 'em in Florida too huh? Doesn't surprsie me. Molliani, not sure where in Illinois you are but you should be seeing them on all major highways in metro areas. I've considered pinning a map with the locations of all the "Buggars", Cameras and Black Signs to see the overall picture in this area, but with summer coming, it's time to work on all my toys. Dune buggy, motorcycles, sea-doo and boats. However, I will try to make an effort to get this done.
I think it will be enlightening to say the least. What do you think about the signs with the platforms? Check around on your highways and note the number and locations of signage that have these platforms. They're most often the signs that if "manned" on the platform would prevent you from accessing particular exits or continuing on.
Also, for the first time since I've noticed their erection, they finally used one the other night for traffic nearing a construction zone. Makes me wonder if the posting of my site, and verbiage concerning the non-use of these signs within, got someone to thinking I might not be the only one wondering why these signs of obvious large costs, were around for years and never used. PHANTOM strikes again? |
