busters and how they interact with existing hps and lps in the localized area. I would study current frontal maps and locate the hps and lps steering the storm front. For example if you aim one at a 45 degree angle directly into a severe weather front you will see it diminish in your immediate area.
I took down an F1 tornado last summer that was bearing down I65 straight towards our city. Within 20 minutes of running the hose, the storm began to pulsate as the meteorologist were describing it, and began to weaken until it was dissipated into a nonthreatening thunder storm. The meteorologist were completely perplexed that the skies opened up and the sun began to shine again as this severe weather front was approaching. The storm had encountered etheric sheering forces.
I sat out in my backyard grinning from ear to ear knowing that the objective had been accomplished that day. Even if my actions only tweaked it a little bit that would ok by me.
Long story short, it has been advised to mainly aim them directly upward and never leave the water running for more than 60 minutes for any one draw. The farther you aim it towards the horizon the farther away the device is supposed to interact with the upper etheric atmosphere.
All of this information was gleaned off the Montalk site which I discovered after first researching the many works of Wilhelm Reich. You might look at powering your unit up by adding quartz crystals and an orgonic mix of charcol grains and various healing crystals and metal shavings in each of the pipes. I have found this particular mix is a potent earth energy harmonizer in passive mode and if you connect running water it can be possible to interact with local weather patterns in subtle ways.
The local weather guys here are scratching their heads these days because they have only studied traditional scientific theories and practices and their forecasts are lately more wrong than right. Like predicting snow one day this week and got none and predicting rain yesterday and it snowed for example.
Sorry for the long reply but I wanted to go into greater detail for the other 1700+ folks that just like stopping by and watching the goings ons around here.

An Hp forms in the direction a CB is aimed.
Since orgone flows from low potential (density) to high potential, if a CB is aimed eastward, for example, and lowers the potential of eastern skies, then the atmospheric orgone stream, which normally runs in the same direction as the jet-stream, stops, reverses, and flows westward to its source, streaming away from the area of low potential. However, western portions of the orgone stream beyond influence of the CB are still flowing W to E. As this portion meets with the reversed stream, a damming effect occurs by which an enormous potential of orgone is created west of the CB (see diagram below). Because high potentials of orgone are associated with precipitation, storms spontaneously materialize west of the CB, which, once the W to E orgone flow overpowers the reversed flow, begin to move eastward again over the CB and surrounding regions in sheets of rain.
