There is no spraying when the 'winds' pick up! PostWed Jul 10, 2002 9:36 pm  Reply with quote

I live in an area (Palm Springs CA), that has one of the windiest passes in the country. There are 2 tall mountain ranges that make this pass, then you enter one of the hottest places in the world,SO.CA.desert.The past week has seen 112 degrees(it gets as hot as 125 some summers) We get alot of ariel spraying. Always when the winds are very mild or hardly noticeable. If the winds pick up THEY stop spraying. I was viewing an administrator/moderator forum that I was not allowed to respond to, so I would like to comment here about why there is'nt any Chem-reports from Hawaii( the participants had discussed ideal, chemfree places to run away to) I lived 2 years on Oahu. The those glorious tradewinds are blowing so constant that the clouds roll by like Planes in flight. I theorize that it would be a waste to spray an area that would send those Chems right out of town within the hour( under normal conditions) I do not know why they are spraying so I can't theorize in debth. I would just like to hear the opinions of you "seasoned" "Chem-intellects"(I say that lovingly) I never form opinions on the subject unless I notice distinct patterns! Thank you for your time!

I wish I could agree with you. But I don't think wind alters or effects chemtrail operations. Not in Oregon anyway.

I live in north-central Oregon in what is called the Columbia River Gorge, home of the world's favorite wind surfing spot. It is always windy here. 10 - 15 mile an hour winds are norm. 20-35 are typical. 35 - 55 are occasional. It's almost never calm.

And it's almost never devoid of chemtrails. My guess is that in some place perhaps the winds do stop spray operation for some reasons. Like where you live. But wind for the sake of wind doesn't stop these guys. They spray out here when the wind is blowing madly.

Concerned Mom... in reply to your question of why they don't spry in Hawaii... I think you're right when you say that's it's probably a waste of time since the trade winds are blowing constantly... plus I think that those islands are just too far away from most of the major air fields in the states wherever the spray boys are working from.
By commercial jet the shortest flight to Hawaii is five hours from the west coast. Seems like it would take too much time and trouble for them to spray there.

One thing I noticed while flying back from Hawaii... we were about two and a half hours out from the mainland and we flew into the worst looking white haze... it was a total white out. I couldn't see any blue ocean thru that mess, let alone any blue sky. I remember seeing the sun and it was so blinding and brilliant it couldn't be viewed for very long. On the trip going to Hawaii there was blue ocean viewing the entire trip.
