Dan, if it's possible, I would like very much to know where your girlfriend read this. I would be interested in following up on this particular situation. Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken Deborah, Dan's girlfriend(my sister)read it on Chem11's board somewhere. Dan also mentioned it on this thread. http://www.chemtrailcentral.com/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000239.html#5

Firefighting Air Tankers Grounded

ASSOCIATED PRESS

DENVER- The nation's firefighting fleet of heavy air tankers was grounded Friday during one of the worst wildfire seasons on record after the second deadly crash since June in which a plane broke apart while battling a blaze in the West.

Thirty-two tankers were ordered to remain on the ground for 24 hours by the National Interagency Fire Center. Also grounded were 22 lead planes, which guide tankers to their targets. The lead planes' absence means eight Air Force cargo planes that carry fire retardant were not flying.

"The purpose is to allow contractors to inspect planes and give crews some rest," said Jack deGolia, spokesman for the fire center. In addition, four tankers of the same model as the one destroyed in the latest accident will not fly until federal investigators figure out what went wrong.

In the meantime, wildfires across the West are being fought with smaller, single-engine tankers, helicopters, smokejumpers who parachute into burning areas, and ground crews equipped with bulldozers.

On Thursday, a World War II-era PB4Y-2 Privateer crashed, killing the two crew members, while battling a wildfire 45 miles northwest of Denver. Witnesses said it broke apart in the air.

The National Transportation Safety Board and U.S. Forest Service are investigating. "The initial indication that we have is that the left wing did come off prior to the aircraft impacting the ground," said David Bowling, an NTSB air safety specialist. But no cause had been ruled out, he said.

On June 17, a C-130A air tanker crashed after its wings snapped off near Walker, Calif. The five remaining C-130A firefighting aircraft were grounded at the time and have yet to return to the air.
The accident is still under investigation.

"It would be irresponsible on a structural failure that severe to fly them until we knew why that happened," deGolia said of the C-130A's. "Was it that particular aircraft, was it a mechanical fluke, or something common to that type of airplane?"

Both tankers that crashed were owned by Hawkins & Powers Aviation Inc. of Greybull, Wyo. The tankers were under contract to the Forest Service.

Thursday's crash brought to 11 the number of people killed fighting wildfires nationwide this year. Five died in a traffic wreck in Colorado en route to a fire, and one was crushed by a fire-damaged tree in Colorado. The grounded planes are 42 years old on average.

Industry experts said they believe the aging fleet could continue flying safely. "Older airplanes do not mean unsafe airplanes," said William Broadwell, executive director of the Aerial Firefighting Industry Association.

"The military flies airplanes that are exactly as old. As long as it's maintained properly it's a safe aircraft." Ryan Powers, an assistant for Hawkins & Powers, said the company's planes are inspected by both the Federal Aviation Administration and the Forest Service. "You can't simply say it's an old airplane. A lot of newer aircraft have a lot more time on them," he said.

He said Hawkins & Powers is working with the FAA and the NTSB. The Privateer had made several drops of fire retardant and was carrying another load when it went down. The crew members were using routine tactics, said Larry Helmerick, a Rocky Mountain Fire Information Office spokesman.

"It was a normal day for aerial resources," he said. The tankers' absence was felt Friday at the 2,500-acre wildfire where the Privateer crashed.

"The fire is in rough terrain. It is hard to get crews in. Air power is about the only thing you can do," incident commander Joe Hartman said.

The fire burst through containment lines Friday, and more people and equipment were sought to fight it. Smoke and ash drifted into Estes Park, a tourist town that serves as gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Tanker pilot Gene Wahlstrom, a 22-year firefighting veteran, said from Grand Junction that he is confident his occupation is as safe as possible. "The planes are taken in each winter and gone through extensively," he said. "I wouldn't be doing this if they weren't."

Ten of the grounded tankers had been fighting fires in Oregon, which has more fires burning than any other state, officials said.

"It's a big loss to us here," said Jeree Mills at the Portland fire coordination center. "It forces us to use the resources we have and be creative."

The biggest threat was from a trio of fires in the south-central Oregon highlands. The fires were burning close together over 80,000 acres. "When those merge, whew, that's going to be one big fire," Mills said. So far this year, 3.5 million acres have burned in U.S. wildfires.

Grounded Fire Tankers Back in Air

ASSOCIATED PRESS

DENVER- An order grounding much of the nation's firefighting fleet of aging, heavy duty air tankers was lifted Saturday, two days after the second deadly crash since June in the middle of a busy wildfire season.

Still grounded pending results of federal investigations, however, were nine planes of the same types as those that crashed in June near Walker, Calif., and Thursday near Lyons, Colo., killing a total of five crew members.

A PB4Y-2 Privateer, a former Navy bomber that saw duty during World War II, came apart in the air Thursday while carrying a load of fire retardant to a blaze near the rugged Rocky Mountain National Park, about 45 miles northwest of Denver.

The fire had grown to about 2,500 acres Saturday. On Friday, the government ordered a 24-hour stand-down of 32 other tankers to allow inspections of the aircraft and to give crews a rest.

The order was lifted Saturday. Not all of the planes returned to service immediately as some contractors asked for more time to get planes ready, said Jack deGolia of the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho.

The four-engine Privateer was built in 1945 and investigators were examining whether age was a factor.

"We haven't ruled out anything yet," said David Bowling, a National Transportation Safety Board safety specialist.

The Forest Service hires the heavy tankers from private companies that own, operate and maintain the planes, which average 42 years old.

The newest plane in the fleet was built in the late 1950s, said interagency fire center spokeswoman Venetia Gempler. The planes are subjected to high stresses because of numerous takeoffs and landings, and quick changes in weight when the cargo of retardant is dumped.

On June 17, a C-130A air tanker crashed when its wings snapped off near Walker, Calif. The five remaining C-130A firefighting aircraft have yet to return to the air.

Both crashed tankers were owned by Hawkins & Powers Aviation Inc. of Greybull, Wyo. U.S. Forest Service records show the Privateer had logged nearly twice as many problems since 1998 as any of the other four PB4Y-2s operated by Hawkins and Powers, the Rocky Mountain News reported.

Forest Service officials contacted by The Associated Press on Saturday did not have access to the records, and Hawkins & Powers operations assistant Ryan Powers said he was not aware of excessive problems with the plane.

"Any maintenance issues that come up, we have taken care of and repaired in accordance with the standards set by the (Federal Aviation Administration)," he said. According to the newspaper, most of the 12 problems reported on the Privateer in the past four years involved engine and other mechanical systems.

The most recent problem was in March when pilots flying to a fire in New Mexico reported an engine backfired and ran roughly, the newspaper said. The aircraft returned to service after a cylinder was replaced.

In June 1998, a pilot reported that three of the plane's engines quit simultaneously, and the plane lost 800 to 1,000 feet in altitude before the engines were restarted, the News added. Mechanics could find no explanation for the problem.

Powers said he could not recall either incident. So far this year, wildfires have burned more than 3.5 million acres around the United States, about as much as burned in all of 2001, according to the interagency fire center. Elsewhere, a wind-whipped fire in Washington threatened residential areas near Lake Chelan on Saturday, and nearly 300 homes had been ordered evacuated. The fire in north-central Washington had burned about 10,000 acres.

Still no particular sprayings over Croatia.
During the last week I sow just 2 sprayers at work (and I walk and drive looking up). The haze is still visible, but it is nothing comparable to that one before. Climate is pleasant, usual Summer climate 83-88 deg F, occasional afternoon showers, sunny, breeze, lots of tourists. Only the relative humidity is always above the usual range (80% instead 60-65%), but that is because the chemtrail compounds keep more moisture afloat that would be possible in the atmosphere without it (anybody familiar with the state of damp air i-s diagram should know what I am talking about).
Judging form the Italian TV, situation over there is the same. No observable chemtrails over Northern, western and central Italy, same temperatures, occasional summer storms.

As I can see that sprayings over the US is going as usual, and as all this time Sun is very active and there were two massive X-class flares last few days, it is obvious to me that chemtrails have nothing to do with global warming mechanism as it was presented by Teller. Earth is getting warmer from inside and glaciers are melting because of this and damaged weather patterns by chemtrail sprayings.
Chemtrail sprayings are entirely US military operation.

Just read in local newspaper that Great Britain withdraws from all NATO operations and that the massive mobilization of its reserve is due for next month, so they could participate with US in attack on IRAQ. The rest of Europe does not participate. So Italy is out of the chemtrail sprayings loop. For other countries I do not know because I do not have access to their TV channels.
It could be called the October surprise.

I am stoned by the 11.000.000 spies plan.
There were rumors that something similar was going on in former Eastern Block, in East Germany and USSR, but in ex Yugoslavia we had nothing, even, similar to it.
Judging by the destruction of US economy that was brought on by it's corrupted CEO's and governments that have financed the US military build-up creating gargantuan US debt (using not US, but somebody else's money - you could say, among the other sources, from African AIDS victims also), my impression is that it is very similar to the process by which the 3th REICH was created.

So the push towards the WWIII is a real one, it is the only possible way to make the US debt disappear, together with today's free society, on a short notice. It's aim is to start a reaction, with the North Korea nuking the South Korea, so the US forces must divide to more than one front, and RUSSIA nuking US and vice-versa.

Although this has nothing to do with the real US, unfortunately, our ecco system will not sustain such resolution this time.
This will be no an accident, as never was.

Best regards from sunny, and full of tourists from the whole Europe, Croatia.

From Klondike, Message 2 in this thread:
"Sounds like the first stages of an attack."

Yes. We most definitely are being attacked.

About 3 years ago I kept getting the words in my mind/soul, over and over: "A War in the Heavens". Over and over.

It was primal/gut intuition - or just realising the very obvious.

"A War in the Heavens"

WE have to do something about this.

I am in the good mood today, I shall try to think positive. So, my question is idealistic one.

Source of interest: Recent major eruption on the opposite side of the Sun.

My opinion is that the Sun is being manipulated by local scalar devices (Montauk, Giza, HAARP).
Could it be possible that the Sun is kept at Sun max by local scalar devices that make it bleed, to weaken it up. And is Sun being made to erupt on the other side or sideways so its CME or gamma wolleys would not hit the Earth? Chemtrails, among usual, just in case, military and population control stuff (which is the same) are hastily developed gamma ray shield, that is not so perfect.

Of course, It could be that the Sun is being pumped up to be the excuse for chemtrail sprayings, other disasters and, of course, WWIII.

My good mood did not last much.

All the best.
