An Answer to Flight Delays?

As I've said time and time again, the USAF sprays the precipitation over the region that they bring the planes into the airport. The NAS is responsible for upto 85% of the total delays, so it's a government created problem. Solution, weather modification around the airports to get the planes in... I guess I have to wait to 2025 for the USAF to leave the snow alone around where I live. I'll be long gone out of my area by then.
quote: The current air traffic control system in the U.S. uses radar technology from the 1950s that makes for inefficient routes and dangerous conditions during storms. Planes must fly a specific flight path so that they can be guided by air traffic control centers stationed on the ground.
