Thanks for the links there. I've done that personal dna one before, ( http://www.personaldna.com/report.php?k=KaCnFCSxwCpCiNd-DF-AEDBC-3bb6&u=08fdf94bc08a ), it was quite accurate. It's nice to be able to inject a little light relief here now and then.
I'd agree with what you say about being happier during certain hours of the day. I'm nearly always stressed and tired during the late afternoon and early evening, but I'm a night owl through and through and tend to be at my happiest very late at night. I think best and am most productive between 6am-10am, it's all downhill from there
Music-wise, I'll listen to pretty much anything. Except country, which makes me want to cut my own ears off
I don't really care too much if a band isn't anti-establishment, if I enjoy something I enjoy it regardless. Although I do feel vaguely embarrassed at times when bands get all political, some of them should just leave it alone.

I've done a few more tests and I think some are acurrate between them when I compare them but others are not, I find the ones that ask more questions more accurate.
http://www.tickle.com This site has a full range of tests, some results were a surprise to me but most tests were quite accurate, which is good because it means we know ourselves well. About he music, I agree with you on those bands, getting poltical, I mean they really seem to be out of touch in some ways but at least they do some charity work, trying to change politicians is a futile thing to do. Their way is the only way, and to them is right for everyone, NOT! I don't know who lives in the real world less. Them or the ones thinking they can change them. Usually listen to music I like than ones I can't bear, it just means less commercial stuff really but what I have liked for a long time. I believe things can almost always be made better, unless they are made best to start with, the same applies to music. But when it is good it is best being left alone and not remixed or mastered by anyone else, that is why i do not listen to a great deal of lyrics these days, few people can sing good. Music companies do say we buy music and listen to it for the beats in any case 90% of the time, I know I do.
Well we both have the same hours for being more happy and relaxed I think. I break out in happy hour about the same time, always have done even when I was younger. Makes me wonder how many things all of us have in common, like 50-60% of us like certain colours as our favourites, but then maybe these are all too generic things to go off. Mine being aqua-blue colours. Shared with 55% of UK population...
Sounds like fireworks are ongoing here now until the new year, same every year where I am.
Happy hour late at night as in able to laugh at things or nothing when there is nothing to laugh at unless it is....well I won't go on it makes me sound crazy haha.
Some other test results from tickle.com, I think the site is more fun orientated than the other ones.
Again not really a surprise: all but for the personality test that said I was more outgoing than I think myself to be. A few members of the site said they got their results wrong, quite funny.
Tickle.com
you answered 15 out of 30 questions correctly!
(not the best really!)
Congratulations! Your score is in the 70th percentile. This means that if one hundred people took the test with you, your score would rank higher than 69 of them on average.
When we analyzed your test, we also discovered that when it comes to pattern recognition ability, you measure in the 55th percentile. This score indicates you have unusually strong abilities when it comes to detecting the underlying pattern in any situation, whether that pattern is in numbers, shapes, or words. You have a knack for digging underneath the surface confusion to find something coherent and useful to solve many problems.

Stress Style: you're a Soother!
You're a Soother. When trouble strikes, you somehow seem to avoid being hit. Those around you may encounter crises, of course — which is when you launch into action. You're best at helping others ease their stress, offering a kind word or a well-timed "everything's going to be okay."You're a walking affirmation!
Of course, wearing a smile all the time can be exhausting. We're all only human, and stress happens to the best of us — including you. When you find yourself under stress, you may have to fight the tendency to shut off the phone, crawl under the blankets, and hide from the world. But it's worth it to show your true feelings, even when they're less than upbeat. Let the people you've nurtured in the past help you out in your time of need. You deserve the attention. And tomorrow is another day! So take it easy.
Dream Job:
your dream job is to be an Ambassador
Sales representative? No way. Chemical engineer? Not you. With a big heart and a natural knack for smooth-talking, there's no doubt that you could go head-to-head with Angelina Jolie for best humanitarian. Whether you're smoothing over a fight between feuding friends or solving the stickiest of situations, you somehow manage to keep even-keeled under the heaviest of pressures. That's why the perfect job for you would be making sure that people all over the world are happy, healthy, and safe.
And while there may be a lot of competition on the international stage, this world could still use all the caretakers it can get. So make sure to take your heart wherever you go! Believe it — no matter where you work, your coworkers will be glad you're there.
Love and Money:
when it comes to love or money, you're a Hopeless Romantic
For richer? For poorer? It doesn't matter to you because you're the Hopeless Romantic. Whether your sweetie is an oil baron or a grease monkey, it's all about until death do us part.
Even if you haven't met "the one," you'll judge your soul mate by the love letters, roses, and foot massages — not the size of their bankroll. And even if their wallet is as fat as their sonnet collection, the toughest part of your relationship will be arguing over which charity to choose, who loves whom more, and who's the bigger Schmoopie. And if that diamond ring turns brass, no biggie — your love is totally not-for-profit.
+ Same site different test: What you're looking for out of a relationship
you're looking for a Best Friend
There are many different ways to look at relationships, but for you, finding a best friend, the one person you share everything with, is the most important. Some people focus more on the romantic image of a soul mate to last the span of time, but you probably prefer the reality of making the most of every moment of every day. And who better to live those moments with than someone who's true blue through and through?
The ideal match for you is probably someone who can anticipate the next word out of your mouth and who laughs at the punch line before you even tell it. Chances are it's important to you that they'd expand your circle of friends, introduce you to new places, faces, and experiences, too. Whether this relationship is here for the short- or the long- term, you're a take-it-as-it-comes kind of person, with few expectations or fairytales to live up to. You'd take your constant companion and trusted secret-keeper over a fairy princess or Prince Charming, any day. Whether you realize it or not, there's someone out there who feels the same way about you. Like you, that someone is looking for the one person to be their best friend — both in the bedroom and out.

Some of these tests are slightly inaccurate with conflicts because they do not cater for all situations and moods, i think these tests can improve a bit yet.
Shape test was fun and easy
That will do for now. Will try out some fashion tests later and maybe family tests... There were other tests results. Quite a lot of tests on that site... _________________ http://home.comcast.net/~plutarch/PoliceState.html

Lol, you have to love a site that hosts a quiz called "Who's more clever - your cat or your boyfriend?". I'd be interested to meet a cat that's smarter than my very smart boyfriend, there's probably money to be made in that
I scored 140 on their IQ test but I get stressed by all the shape and pattern questions, I'm no good at them. I liked the literature quiz though.
And my dream job is an artist, apparently:
Tally, your dream job is to be a Famous Artist
Whether you make your own clothes or just love to make a scene, you've got a creative streak a mile long. So it's no surprise your perfect job would be as an internationally famous artist. Being able to turn the world upside down with your vision would suit you just right and you'd pull it off in a style all your own. People would "ooh," "ahh," and try to imagine what could possibly go on in that mind of yours. Too bad they'd never come close.
But you don't have to get shown at the Tate or have a star on the Walk of Fame to live your dream; just remember to put that creative spirit to work everywhere. Whether it be memos and reports or desk flair and office wear, you'll be sure to make a big impression. The world is your canvas!
Thanks again for the link. |

Great results then. I think we always want a little of what we don't have though no matter what, at least sometimes. The personality test and IQ test on the tickle site was slightly different than the other sites gave me but all fairly accurate in their own ways. I am glad I took a few of the same type of tests now.
One test said I was most likely an Artist in my previous life but I am sceptical about the whole past life thing. I took the pet test and it was 100% accurate in telling me my best pet suited to me. Its a good site in that is allows you to check out other members results that are the same as your's that way we can look at other tests results from others to see if similar interests are shared between us exist...
I've done 42 tests so far. I will leave it a few before I do others unless I see one I think will sway me.
Great IQ score there Tally....and Good creativity shows there is much potential (on top of what you already have) because you say you can improve on the geometric shapes and unpredictable logic, etc. I just need to learn more on my math and I think it would increase by 15-20. Improving memory will surely help me along the way, and speed things up no end. _________________ http://home.comcast.net/~plutarch/PoliceState.html
