spicy air (oxygen) PostSat Nov 10, 2007 8:09 pm  Reply with quote

it's been foggy here in l.a. the last couple of days and when I leave the gym at night refreshed and my lung brand spanking new, I get to taste the flavor of the day a little bit better.

the chemtrails in the sky mixed with the smog makes the air very spicy (chili flavor) yeah! it has an uncomfortable atste to it.

of course the sheeple would never know why the air has this quality to it but I theorized on it from obvious conclusions.

Hello mr. jones,
there has been a very strange odor in the air up here in northern cali as well, something I have never smelled before, it irritates my nose and makes the bones in the center of my nose itch and causes sneezing. I work closely with the public and smell it on some of them as well, not all but some. I also find it stronger around plastics, like the steering wheel in my car and other things, also on my leather jacket. I have had a super sense of smell since a septal reconstruction some years back, my daughters say I have the nose of a blood hound. I smell this smell now in my home and it worries me, my senses suggest it is biological in nature, I have been around molds in the past but have never smelled anything like this before, and I can't pin down a source. I think its time to call in an expert. It is causing me allergy like symptoms in my nose and left lung and throat. I hope this is not some type of attack, but that is what it is beginning to feel like.

Yes, yes and yes from here in UK too. Contamination seems to exacerbate and to an extent provide a cover/excuse for what's happening. I've recently been helping a friend who owns a business dealing with poisonous/unpleasant stuff (glass fibre, plastics, solvents etc). It's much worse while I'm there but it drew my attention to the fact that I'm being irritated the whole time. Colder dry days are worst, especially if I'm outside (and especially when I first go out into it - which is the only time I become aware of a smell as such - hard to describe, but yes, chili isn't far off - also smells like pesticides and/or metallic at times), but the allergic reaction can happen anywhere and at any time and it's slowly got worse since I first noticed it about 4 years ago. I call it "swimming pool nose", cos that's what it reminds me of. Others seem to display the symptoms around the factory too, though of course most don't realize it and simply spend all day sniffing (which bugs me, but God bless 'em anyway).

Now for the most worrying part. During Christmas 2004 I had the most appalling bout of flu. It dragged on noticeably for six months or more but there was a period of about 10 days early on when I truly thought I would die (I'm a very robust individual as a rule and not prone to thinking that way, ever). Still today my left lung has never really recovered - under load I can feel its under-performance - although oddly enough I've not had a common cold since!

The thing is, reflecting on the event I realized that it had been building very slowly for about five months before, making the whole thing nearly a year in total! Impossible of course according to current medical thinking, but there you are. The symptoms? Inexplicable nose tingling and sneezing often coupled with unpredictable head pains and pressures; sometimes behind the ears, other times around the temples or around the eyes. Also left lung pain, pretty much behind the heart area., coupled with occasionally very severe neck pain and stiffness and sometimes a fluctuating pressure in my ears; as if the pressure was being modulated to create a thudding sensation. Also generalized tooth ache. Lots of psychological effects too - intense apathy and abject misery in essence.

Not good is it?

No, it is not good and I come against this attack. It will not penetrate or have any lasting effects on all creation. Our immune systems must and will rise up at this time and adapt to this dark warfare. It is time that we use any understanding, education, tools, etc. to protect ourselves. It is liken in my estimation to rape. It is an outrage and I will not receive any of it in my life.

My thoughts exactly. We can and most certainly will win this battle with the dark side.

I have noticed this when I hang clothing outside to dry. The smell on the clothing, or when my husband is working in the yard, I can smell it on him.

He can't smell it, but I have a nose, and I can smell it. Its horrid.

I make him wash him clothes after working in the yard, and no more line drying clothes for us.

Clotheslines PostFri Nov 16, 2007 2:45 am  Reply with quote

Interesting that you mention this. NPR had an article yesterday about people being banned from using clotheslines as they are an "eyesore" in the community.

http://www.citynews.ca/news/news_3199.aspx

quote:
But it's not a bylaw that's causing the problem. Instead, the builders are writing the no-clothesline policy into their purchasing agreements over concerns that they destroy the aesthetics of a neighbourhood.

But in this age of electricity conservation and a move back to nature, that idea has left some residents feeling damp around the edges.

Another thing I forgot to mention was that on a certain occasion (at night while sleeping) I woke up coughing.

the irritaion in my throat was so bad that It literally woke me up, like if some kind of microscopic bug had clung on to my throat (it was serious @#$%).

The next day I analyzed my situation and concluded it was the dryness mixed with the chems themselves in the atmosphere that had produced my uncomfortable situation.

now get this, I am now living in L.A. and have access to unlimited amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that I buy and take daily.

So for someone like me to be suffering from something like this, I can imagine what horrible things it will do to people that don't know about chemtrails and hence don't protect themselves.

here is what I take daily.

vitamin E 1200 units ( I recommend 400 for smaller folks I'm a big man)

vitamin C ten grams throughout the day with mineral water,

two tablets of b complex one in the morning and one in the afternoon,

1500 mg of B5 for stress throughout the day,

antioxidant formula by kyolic ( it has garlic, selenium, beta carotene and other antiaging nutrients)

I don't eat sugar and limit my intake of salt.

How many vehicles are in LA? It couldn't possibly be due to air pollution, could it?

http://media.www.dailytrojan.com/media/storage/paper679/news/2004/09/16/Opinions/Los-Angeles.Air.Pollution.Problem.Old.News-720540.shtml

Over a period of eight years, researchers tracked 1,759 grade school children until their high school graduation (in 12 different Los Angeles communities) to see if they were negatively affected by the smog.

The findings showed that in the dirtiest areas (San Bernardino and other regions close to freeways), 10 percent of the children developed "clinically significant" breathing problems.

While I applaud the medical school for its environmental research, this isn't exactly breaking news.

If you've ever flown or driven to Los Angeles, you know that our city is covered by a thick layer of dirty air, clearly not what Mother Nature intended for our lungs.

If you've ever danced in the rain in Los Angeles, you've felt the disgust when your shirt becomes smattered with dirty specks of water.

This was written over 3 years ago.

Metropolitan Areas Most Polluted by Short-term Particle Pollution (24-Hour PM2.5)

Rank Metropolitan Area

Los Angeles can continue being the butt of smog jokes now that it has once again topped the American Lung Association's bad air list of most polluted cities in America.

The association found that the Los Angeles metropolitan area, which includes Riverside County, had the worst air based on 2003 through 2005 figures. Overall, 26 counties in California failed the clean air test and only one city made it onto the group's clean air list -- Salinas.

I can sure tell you that this new odor I am smelling is in no way related to car exaust. I live in an area with very little in the way of traffic save for our main drag and one freeway that passes through the edge of town, we have little in the way of smog unless the valley wind changes to blow to the north and brings us Sacramento smog but that is rare. And I grew up in the S.F. bay area and the smog never affected my nose the way this is.
I was at the Home Depot last sunday morning buying some germicidal bleach, and that place was reeking of this smell in certain areas. I have been there lots of times and never have smelled this smell. As a matter of fact I can't remember ever smelling it before EVER. One of my clients also has a keen sense of smell and she too said it bites the nose after sniffing something with it on it up close. I have only been experiencing this odor for about a month now, sometimes outdoors but more rarely, it seems to be stronger indoors and in the car. Yesterday it was in our building at work, it is on some people, and they are not dirty people. Not everyone is able to smell it, and one of my partners could only catch a faintness of it but go figure she said she liked it arrrrghhhhhhh.... I am irritated physically by it in my nose and when it is around for longer periods of time my sinuses get congested and as I said before the bones in the center of my nose itch like crazy, I do not think this is a good thing. Maybe I'm just hypersensitive but I do tend to be more aware of things around me than most I come in contact with initially, I don't know if its a blessing or a curse or just my gift but my senses are saying WARNING, and so I will pass it on as such. Sometimes I feel like a canary in a coal mine.
