Yep it's real. Here are some quotes from the new Law:
`(3) The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens.
Purpose- It shall be the purpose of the Center to study the social, criminal, political, psychological, and economic roots of violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism in the United States and methods that can be utilized by Federal, State, local, and tribal homeland security officials to mitigate violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism.
I'm not a lawyer, but this is freaking me out. Any thoughts?

Termed as being propaganda or radical is anything the government deem is just that, also outlawing expression of opinions and human emotion. We don't have long to find an independent leader fo a political party, in my view one leader alone is not enough. Either way it is unlikely we will have an independent honest leader. All parties look the same as always controlled false alternatives. Environmentalism is just another form of fascism, using global environemtnal climate change propaganda in ways to take away liberties instead of funding real solutions, depopulation is on top of the list of agendas. I would'not suggest a green group get in the UK power seat anyway. Any ideas?
Says here dictatorships have illegal elections? Rigged elections, UK has a percentage of rigged votes each time, even with local elections. it is normal and expected as well as accepted now, corruption rules.

I think it is also funny how few question authority, especially when there are criminal elements involved. Has no one noticed that police now wear clothes to appear like terrorists do? Or were the terrorists and elite police state forces influenced by the western intelligence agencies clothing. Either way people ought to notice this more.

I get tired of saying this so many times but this is a police state. One comparable to ones we have had in history.
Will it be stopped: ACTION.
No thoughts are allowed unless they are ones that allow you to worship the police state, elitists. Some day unless we take action middle eastern countries along with China, Russia and North Korea will be dwarfed by the US and EU police states. Of course Russians have informed us that the EU always had plans to be like this but just waited until the WW2 and fascists eras cooled down. In reality they never went away and they are now using the same techniques, unless the majority or a high significant of people stand up and say no then it will continue, you are passively supporting terrorism by not resisting it. That terrorism is within the upper power that rules over government as a separate entity soon to be the same entity in full entirety.
Have you formed plans to ensure we win.
We still have time. You do not want to be a US citizen anyway, you have no constitutional rights, you have to be an American citizen for that, there is a difference between the two at least. The federal government is there to take away freedom and enforce life destroying actions. Every Federal agency is....see what Ron Paul says about all of them...
