What I believe is c/o the USAF's own greedyness. They attempted to send a second cold wave deep into China by modifying the weather over the N.Central Pacific late last week. Both China and Russia responded. I believe our side has to be some of the most arrogant and unintelligent meteorologists that ever existed.
