Scott Stevens Weather Wars Documentary Promo

Scott Stevens of weatherwars.info, has posted a promo of a promised weatherwars documentary on YouTube... He says the documentary will include the interviews he did with Dr. Bernard Eastlund, and other scientist he claims have created the sciences which are presently being employed to modify or manipulate global weather. I for one, am looking forward to seeing this piece.
