Personally I'd rather NOAA or someone coordinated weather mitigation rather than the current situation where any old bozo can go off and cloud seed without a care for the consequences  But then, I'm not in the USA and we don't do any such thing in the UK for us to have to worry about (I think the nearest we come to weather modification is fog dispersal at airports - and seems even that rarely works!). |

I would like to suggest that the chemtrail operations that we witness, in the US and abroad, are an international coordinated effort - the authors of which owe no allegiance to flag or nation. This is an elite Cabal that is truly global, and can not be tied to any single administration. Indeed it is my belief that this group exists above the level of international governing bodies. |

I would agree. World domination and depopulation go hand in hand. With this being pretty much a world wide phenomena, it stands to reason that the ruling elite are pulling the strings. There is definately cooperation from individual governments, otherwise there would be hell to pay if they sprayed ,say the US, without our consent, knowledge and participation. |
