Around 9:30am, heading towards downtown, it was shining in the sun and because of that I could tell that it was rotating and seemed to be constructed of two main parts, somehow joined. It did not appear to be round, but rather having several sides and angles. It seemed to be at about the height of one of those flying advertisements and about the size of a car without the bulk. It coasted
along at a happy little pace, which appeared to be constant. I also got the impression that it was bottom heavy, another words, the rotation appeared to occur around a verticle axis rather than the thing just rotating over on itself. The same day, trails were observed across Houston (the first ones I had seen in weeks) and Texas. I was thrilled to place my Down With Chemtrails!bumpersticker on my car!!! Very rewarding indeed.
