I should start off by identifying myself, I am the same BOB B ,senior member,who posted in this forum before...before my computer was invaded and my data trashed.Well I changed my screenname to izerman14 (formerly izerman13 )and apparently all is well...........well, now to get to the point...My research into chemtrail phenomenon led me to Patrick Minnis of NASA.The following is the text of a letter from me to Mr. Minnis, and following that letter is a post of his reply/denial................................. Congressman Dennis Kucinic introduced a bill into congress(HR BILL 2977) which appears to acknowledge the existance of chemtrails as an "exotic weapon" According to my own observations, aircraft ARE spraying or somehow exhausting aluminum oxide and barium sterate,and in some cases biological material. I would like to ask you some questions ,if you wouldnt mind about this .I would like you to know from the begining that this is not an indictment of your integrity or your competence or an accusation of your involvement in illegal activity, as that I suspect is not the case.What I am concerned with is an atmospheric opperation involving tanker aircraft bearing white markings, some with orange also, spraying microscopic particles of metalic dust, chemicals and in some cases unusual biological components.My initial theory on why this widespread spraying was taking place was earth thermal budget managment, ie,an attempt to reflect solar energy and thus lower the surface temperature.This led me to the problem with the Sun.I have live satellite data like (I assume)you of the suns energy output and apparently the sun is way outside of its nominal parameters in magnetic flux, radiation output and proton/electron flux densities. This is obviously not an ordinary solar cycle. Just tell me am I on the right track!! Or are chemtrails, as some have imagined, a secret scalar weapon technolgy which could be used against the American people?? I dont even claim to know exactly what the purpose of chemtrails is, all that i can tangibly report to you concerning thier apparent effects on humans is that they seem to effect the respiratory track, and in some cases, mental functioning.This concerns me deeply as am American citizen, and I would like a rereply from you providing me with the insight I seem to be lacking to piece this puzzle together.......thank you for your time Subj: Re: CHEMTRAILS NAMED AS WEAPON BY US REP., HR BILL2977

Dear Mr. Izerman,
I have been down this road with chemtrail believers many times during the
past 2-3 years. I contend that what you and other believers think are
"chemtrails" (the definition changes with believer) are nothing other than
ordinary persistent contrails. The pictures you sent me, I have seen them
many times before, are all forms of contrails, save perhaps the rocket
smoke-condensation trails coming out of the clouds in "Untitled 27." I
frequently see such displays of contrails overhead here in Virginia. I
have no knowledge of any sort of spraying campaign by the government or any
other entity other than crop (farmers) and mosquito (government) spraying.
The theories put forward to explain contrails thought to be chemtrails lack
any physical, economical, or rational basis. Congressman Kucinich
apparently did not bother to read his own bill, or if he did, he has little
understanding of what the words mean. In either case, it is a poor
reflection on Congress.

Over the years we have gotten many denials from Mr. Minnis concerning his lack of knowledge over chemtrails. When you read his previous experiments such as SUCCESS, etc. that are listed on the internet they were watching the trails from planes and some also in certain patterns and how they dissiminated. At least he answered you letter. I was ignored when I emailed me several years ago.
I do not believe that someone in Congress would write such a bill with all that was included if they did not exist or were being experiments on. The people of the USA have been fooled many times before concerning things being sprayed onto them. Yes, in the 1950 and 1960s many large cities were sprayed with biologicals. Yes, our government did all this. There has not been studies done on the aftermaths of all this. Maybe all the cancers and strange illnesses are caused by these or previous testings on the people of the United States. Keep looking for the answer for it is there. Hopefully we will know in our lifetime. |

For whatever it's worth, canex is a member of the Chemtrail Central forums, and probably knows more about contrails than anyone, and they check in on us occasionally.

When I was a new chemtrailer posting at Carnicom's Board, I had no idea that the person with the moniker canex previously known as dogbreath, was DR. Minnis. In fact, it was a year later when I had discovered that contrails were contrails, that I was told. I felt pretty foolish after the fact,for arguing with a NASA scientist about a subject that I now consider him to be the world's expert.
I think if you visit NASA's website or even just do a Google search on DR. Minnis you will find he and his teams' work invaluable.
Let me put it this way - he ain't no slug. |

Dear BobB:
Pat Minnis is a PhD: I am still struggling -- at an advanced age -- to chase down my MBA. Pat is well-known throughout the aerospace community as one of the top atmospheric scientists around. He also has a clean white lab coat and undoubtedly makes more money than I.
On the other hand, I play guitar and banjo better, am much better-looking, and substantially more modest.
But thanks for the compliment LOL!

Deb, either the feds got to you or you are one of them,it's hard to tell which, but your function here seems to be the same as Duncan Kunz.You were on the right track, normal contrails dont precipitate rocks, "spider webs" and human blood cells................. |

I regret having to inform you that Deb is not the same as I. Although I do work for a large aerospace firm, my real job is with a top-secret Society that really runs the NSA, CIA, FBI, KGB, and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. My family has been doing this for centuries, and, as the oldest son of an oldest son, my hereditary position in the Society goes back over six hundred years.
Deb, on the other hand, is none of these. She is completely ignorant of the links between my family, Adam Weishaupt, the Skull and Bones, the Masons, Trilateralists, and the NWO. Unlike me, she does not know the truth about the mystick and magick attributes of the numbers eleven, as well as the numbers one through ten and twelve through a bazillion. Again, Deb is completely innocent of such things, so please don't accuse her of any such alliances.
She is a reptoid, though.
