I believe Quakker is the only chemtrail activist who can identify planes. I think he knows at least a few things about aviation, even I might disagree with his conclusions. Yes he gets brownie points for that and his ability to have a rational discussion too

According to de-bunkers, the testing that was done [1958 to 1969] from the Suffield Army base in Alberta Canada WAS NOT TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE... Huh?
Since it was done, it was possible. And that was in the 50's and 60's.
The cloud seeding that reduced 90% of the damaging hail - wasn't that possible either PHX, And Heavy? The seeding program is accepted, so why not Chemtrails? The facts are that is does happen, so all your debunking isn't worth spit.
The only thing left to discuss is how and why they are doing this over America now. Theories are a worthwhile discussion, and PHX has done a great job of deflecting us away from our appointed rounds. Even i just fell for it....
