Y'all might be interested to know Chemtrail spraying is never conducted directly over the Naval Academy. Across the river, trails are readily apparent on many clear days but NEVER overhead |

The airspace over the Naval Academy is not military. Civilians in everything from prop planes to pedal-powered gliders buzz the Academy on a regular basis. |

I was unaware of the USNA's wind avoidance system. Do they have a secret electronic wind drift blocker? If so, I'd like to get in on the civilian marketing of the device. |

Reread the statement. "Chemtrail spraying is never conducted directly over the Naval Academy." Key Words = Chemtrail Spraying.
"Across the river, trails are readily apparent on many clear days but NEVER overhead." If you see trails (not prefixed by con or chem) across the river, then ofcourse they wouldn't be overhead.
I would say the new member is testing the waters.

Naaaaa, I think J Tiller's post is just as it states. He has let it be known that he is on-ground at the USNA, observing trails that are not over him, although they are always in the distance. Do you work there or go to school?

He can't mean the Severn or the South rivers, which border USNA North and South, so he must actually mean across Chesapeake Bay, which would be an incredible error for someone who lives in the area. In fact, he should have called it the Eastern Shore, I believe. |

The naval academy golf course and chapel are directly across the severn from the USNA along with the naval ship R & D center. These are on a small spit of land along with a state park. Beyond them is nothing but the Bay again for quite a distance. |
