To all:
There can be many levels to an issue, and, unless you look at all of them, you cannot necessarily be said to understand it completely.
When talking about chemtrails, the issue of the lines in the sky and the material they seem to be depositing would, of course, be a major point of discussion. However, numerous other facets - from HAARP, to "spiderwebs" and "fiber falls", to the "land hurricanes" that assaulted the country in the past year - can be expected to come up. Accepting a range of material to be germane to the subject of chemtrails - especially since there is no indication of the full intended scope of the project - would be natural, even expected.
The site, www.carnicom.com, includes, among other things associated with chemtrails, a link to the weatherTAP map site. That link provides a few hours’ view of radar weather readouts, across the United States. It is in these readouts that such anomalous things as "streaks" - linear traces, usually the equivalent of a couple hundred miles long, and often present in entire phalanxes, moving in one constant direction across the continent! - storms the size of half a state, appearing or disappearing in half an hour's time; or radar "flashes" - radiating patterns, either as multicolored rings, solid circles or spokes, centered on radar sites - can be seen.
On November 20, 2003, at about 6:50 p.m., a series of radar ring apparitions began around an evident radar site centered at or near Minot, North Dakota. At about 7:20 p.m., it expanded to a fuller, more obvious anomalous readout. About a half hour after that, it disappeared completely. The two maps of activity are shown below.
Debunkers, in discussing such radar anomalies insist, flippantly: "A radar has the right to break down, every now and then!" That doesn't explain such things as, for example, the fact that, during 2002, a radar located at or near Billings, Montana regularly - at least once every two or three days, and, sometimes, a couple of times a day! - would "break down", and produce complete or partial radial spoke apparitions!
There seems no reason not to assume that the radar apparitions represent something unusual in the atmosphere, and, therefore, are worthy of examination.
For this reason, I kept an eye on the weatherTAP maps, to see if anything unusual occurred after this.
The next day, November 21, at about 11:00 a.m., I looked at the weatherTAP map link, and found, not a current radar display, but an archived map from June 12, 2001! Even the printing denoting copyright information and the time were different! There was no indication, using this map system, of conditions anywhere in the United States, least of all Minot, North Dakota! This continued for some time, on November 21, the archive map being shown, instead of current maps! By about 8:30 p.m., the situation seemed to have changed, with current maps again being displayed. But it seems evident that something was happening, most likely near Minot, North Dakota, during those hours.
If anyone saw anything strange by way of chemtrails or what can be considered chemtrail related phenomena, in that area, during that time, it might be useful to have it chronicled.
