To all:
When the unscrupulous seek to promote an untruthful statement, or prevent the spread of a truthful one, one of the most important tenets they follow is to maintain the appearance of confidence in what they say. This includes treating it like a genuine point, and even incorporating it into other venues. The attitude of the government toward the evidently spreading suspicion toward chemtrails has been one of pervasive derision, treating those who found persistent, spreading cloud tracks to be anomalous, and even threatening like ignorant children who need to be led by the hand to the truth.
It hasn't had its way, though, and the unease when the sky becomes laced over with scores of cloud tracks seems to have increased in numbers. For this reason, the government seems to have decided on another tack.
If you look at the site, www.anomalist.com, you will often see references to cloud traces in the sky. Often, they are incidents where chemtrails have been laid in circles. If you look at the entries for Sunday, May 2, 2004, though, you will see an entry "Contrails Do Count". The description will say, "Why is NASA enlisting citizens to study contrails? The answer isn't as darkly mysterious as some might imagine."
That link will take you to the web page, www.registerguard.com/news/2004/05/02/ol.contrails.0502.html. That will present an article in the Eugene, Oregon, Register-Guard newspaper.
The article begins by referencing chemtrails, but in a patently insincere manner. It speaks about "puffy, white jet wakes", then describes concerns that they are intended to "(a) kill us, or (b) activate mind control chips secretly implanted in our bodies".
Of course, the idea of chemtrails being for purposes such as affecting radio transmission, facilitating ultra-powerful HAARP radio waves, or altering the weather are not mentioned. Evidently, those in charge of the Register-Guardian felt that broaching those kinds of subjects would prevent them from making their next, apparently unethical, remark.
"Laughable?", they remark, apparently trying to guide the unwary in the direction they want them to go.
The rest of the article, though, describes a NASA program to enlist schoolkids to count the chemtrails they see. Of course, they don't use the word "chemtrails", they still insist on calling them "contrails"! Presenting it as part of the Earthday 2004 observances, they describe their interest as being to understand climate and the effect of chemtrail - or, as they put it, contrails - on weather and the environment. They call their program "S'COOL", or "Students' Clouds Observations On-Line", and made the claim that a purpose of the program is to use "ground-based reporting" to "verify the contrail tracking conducted by NASA satellites Terra and Aqua".
It would be somewhat flippant, but this seems like a place to insert the word "laughable"! There are no impediments to satellite observation of any form of jet exhaust! They need no back-up observations from the ground!
But it is here that the real purpose of "S'COOL" seems to become evident.
In addition to simply going through the motions of believing the lies they spread, another important tactic of the underhanded and unscrupulous is to indoctrinate the "targets" when they are too young to think the matter out for themselves!
Enlisting hordes of eager schoolkids into the "vital project" of "protecting the environment" through counting "contrails" is just a way to plant the seed that what they are seeing are genuine contrails!
The Register-Guardian article conveniently includes its own link, to www.globe.gov/fsl/html/templ.cgi?earthday2004. That page presents the GLOBE Program "Earth Day 2004 Contrail Count-a-thon". Pictures of, for example, "persistent non-spreading contrails" are provided, to tell the kids what they are supposed to apparently brainwash themselves into thinking is the case, along with instructions for setting up their tally sheet of the lengths and durations of chemtrails that they see.
"The results could help atmospheric scientists determine the atmospheric conditions when persistent contrails form", the site says.
The "debunkers" were claiming that they knew all along exactly what conditions were conducive to chemtrails, or what they tried to call "persistent contrails"! Where is the expertise now? Why do they need observations from schoolkids to establish the conditions? Where is Dr. Minnis, explaining the conditions that bring chemtrails about?
Perhaps unsurprisingly, to keep the incessant, insistent deluge of propaganda going, this site leads to yet another web page, asd-www.larc.nasa.gov/GLOBE, entitled "Contrail Education". All the information they evidently want the impressionable and gullible to take to heart, so as to avoid worrying about worrisome things. Included here is a glossary, instructions on reporting chemtrails - or "contrails", as they call them - and their own chemtrail gallery! All the better, apparently, to have the unwitting put the wrong name to the right face!

Without being too flippant, it can be termed a chemtrail trail. But it should be borne in mind, as evidence of the government evidently attempting to enter kids' heads and implant an apparently erroneous, even fraudulent, idea. Those who hear of their children, or other children, being indoctrinated with deceitful ideas should not be afraid to broach the truth to them. Making the leap that their own government is out to deceive them may take a subtler and less jarring tack, but they should not be denied any information helpful for them to know which direction to go, and what claims to suspect!
Because it goes beyond just the government engaging in evident questionable tactics to convince children of an apparently self-serving premise. Not only do the unethical and unscrupulous engage in underhanded and malignant tactics; those who engage in the loathsome and reprehensible are, in general, inherently low and vile, as individuals. To utilize eminently questionable, if not condemnable methods, such as indoctrinating the unwitting and inexperienced is as much as an admission that the perpetrator is acting out of unscrupulous purpose. To target kids for evident brain washing is evident acknowledgement, by government, that what is in the sky aren't normal contrails, and that they are unethical enough to try to deceive children into misplaced trust!
Too, since they are aiming at converting children into the "chemtrails are just contrails" camp, it also indicates that they intend the chemtrail campaign to continue, into the foreseeable future! They apparently intend for the skies to be continually clouded over with the lines, and they are getting kids ready now to look up into the sky and be perfectly content with not being able to see blue, anymore!
But you are not obligated to allow government to deprave your ethics and twist your sense of reality! Government does not trump the truth, and you have every right to pursue it, and provide it to others!

Certainly looks to me too that this is definitely a campaign that’s going to be around for a long time..

With this information in mind how can there be any more arguments as to weather chemtrails exist.... Here it is... explained in the school books of our future generations... This isn’t just some type of experiment going on... chemtails are part of the agenda or solution?... And I for one don’t believe that it’s solely being used for Global Warming either.

The names of clouds and different atmospheric situations has been re-written for the past few years and still continues.This picture is described as "rainbow lining." Yeah sure.
