colorful buttermilk bands

After three months of almost continual overcast, we've finally had a few sunny clear days where I could actually see what's happening in the sky. What I noticed was a few chemtrails being laid on the outskirts of Kelowna, over the mountains, some showing the on/off technique, as opposed to the usual mess of lines traversing the sky.
At about 3:45 pm I noticed for the first time a green/purple tinged formation of clouds (I was wearing sunglasses) covering the sun in an otherwise blue sky.
These clouds looked like *buttermilk* clouds, but with long bands joined together, and it looked like someone took their finger and drew lines accross these bands like spokes radiating from a wheel. These lines radiating through looked smear-like. What came to mind was that some sort of a pulse/wave was causing this unusual cloud formation, and strange ripple-like effect. I took 2 pictures.
At 4:05, on the way to my son's parent/teacher interview, I saw and photographed a colorful boomerang-shaped what I guess is a *sun-dog* within this cloud formation covering the sun.

Mark, that looks almost exactly like what I saw. I hope it shows up in the picture I took. This was seen with the naked eye as it was my 9 year old son who pointed it out to me. |

I've seen that too, but weren't there two of them, one on either side of the sun? I saw it during chemtrail spraying.
