In case you haven't heard, we are moving to a new host. Read about it here.
Feel free to use this "Moving Week" forum to continue to post during the next few days while we wait for our domain name transfer to propogate, but remember this is a temporary area, which won't be saved at the new host!
Thanks for your understanding. |

Gawd, it looks like the Son of Neutral Zone. Fitting, considering it's transient nature. Here's hoping this section doesn't wind up lasting seven months!
Congrats,
Chem

Hehe... Indeed! Hopefully we will only be in this twilight-zone for a few days. I'm crossing my fingers, this is sort of like a hyperspace jump, you can't gaurantee what will happen when you pop out on the other side. |

It's really weird over there Chem. It's like a perfect clone of this board and kind of reminds me of one of those Startrek episodes. |

As far as I can tell, the Neutral Zone ran from 7/9/2001 to 11/20/2001. |

Well, if you want to get technical about it, the last post was in April of this year... a few months after the section had ostensibly 'closed'. So there.
Well, happy fourth of whatever and all that. Be careful not to point your fireworks in the general vicinity of any aircraft (pointing up)... wouldn't want CENTCOM to mistake your display for 'directed and sustained hostile fire' and order an airstrike on your neighborhood...
'Til death do us part,

Question: Will the new location use the same URL? I am off on vacation for the next couple of weeks, will the same old link get me to wherever the new home is? Thanx.

When Thermit completes the work on the other board, the URL will be the same as it is now so there's nothing to worry about LWR. Right now, it has a temporary URL.

Oh yeah, happy 4th you guys.
BTW, two chem-jets did some spraying here last night around 7:45 PM and made trails that persisted for 2 hours. So when's this supposed lull supposed to begin? - LOL - Hopefully they'll take the day off today but they probably wont.

Dan, your spray pilots didn't get Jay Reynold's memo yet telling them the lull is on! Jay's on assignment, and a little behind in the paper work right now, but I'm sure he'll get it out upon his return...

LOL, I think you're right Lulu. They probably didn't get Jay's memo yet or maybe they're just trying to break the west coast's trail persistence record before they acknowledge the memo. |

Hey Lulu. Them pilots still haven't gotten the memo yet or realized that this is a holiday. I just saw 2 chem-jets traveling NE making trails about 15 minutes ago. The first jet looked like it was silver metallic in color and was flying solo. The second one was following another jet that was traveling NE at the same altitude that wasn't making a trail. We've also got chem-clouds moving in from the west again. |
