Shatoga: You mentioned you were going to research what was in the flu vaccines. I’m not sure what you found, but I came across some interesting information. Dr. Joseph Mercola seems to be right on with his information and I like his writing style – very frank. I recently started reading at his website. He’s authored a couple of books but the one I’d like to read is Total Health. He says that “Doctors Are The Third Leading Cause of Death in the US, Causing 250,000 Deaths Every Year”. What an interesting man!
In this article, there is a radical quote from Dr. Mercola re: the flu vaccine.

In this article, Dr. Mercola states the following ingredients are in the flu vaccine. I don't think I want any of this injected into my body knowingly!

- Ethylene glycol (antifreeze)
- Phenol, also known as carbolic acid (this is used as a disinfectant, dye)
- Formaldehyde, a known cancer-causing agent
- Aluminum, which is associated with Alzheimer's disease and seizures and also cancer producing in laboratory mice (it is used as an additive to promote antibody response)
- Thimerosal (a mercury disinfectant/preservative) can result in brain injury and autoimmune disease
- Neomycin and Streptomycin (used as antibiotics) have caused allergic reaction in some people.

1. Avoid sugar (Shatoga: Do you remember the Illuminati History Timeline thread from a few months back - http://www.chemtrailcentral.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/001410.html - when I made this statement “Apparently, in 1665 and 1700 people who consumed sugar did not fare through sicknesses as well as those that didn’t consume it.” You posted a link to that thread at another site and I ended up responding to muriel_volestrangler’s inaccurate sugar comment? Anyway, if you still post there, she might be interested in the sugar information in the article – ha, ha!)
2. Get enough rest
3. Eat garlic regularly
4. Don’t let stress become overwhelming
5. Exercise
6. Wash your hands
In the last article posted, he also discusses the FluMist saying:
"And the side effects of FluMist, cough, runny nose/nasal congestion, irritability, headaches, chills, muscle aches and fever, sound just like the symptoms of the flu. If you decide to get the nasal flu vaccine, you will get not only a live flu virus in each dose but also table sugar and MSG, which are fraught with their own problems."
"Plus, research has shown an increased risk of Bell palsy following intranasal flu vaccination, according to the Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS). The makers of the nasal flu vaccine in the study decided not to market it the following season due to the risk. According to GACVS, the greater risk of Bell palsy following immunization with this vaccine may have been due to specific vaccine components, or simply to use of the intranasal administration route. It is therefore possible that such complications of vaccine administration may also apply to other nasal vaccines."
"The flu vaccine, whether in the shot or nasal form, is worthless at best and should be avoided."
Last but not least, in this article he talks about using Hydrogen Peroxide (a few drops in each ear) during the beginning stages of catching the cold or flu. Now this was a new concept for me!
