Microwaves destroy all food digestive enzymes

Well put, Swamp Gas. Microwaves destroy all food digestive enzymes in fruits and vegetables, which we all need dearly in order to digest cooked food. We are all born with a certain amount of food digestive enzymes, but, from what I have read on the subject, due to the amount of cooked food we all eat, these natural food digestive enzymes run out by the time we are forty--if not before.
So, it is imperative that we get these food digestive enzymes from our fruits and vegetables. If food does not digest properly, the residue raises havoc not only with our digestive system, but with many other systems throughout our body, leading to a wide array of illnesses, the symptoms of which doctors will be most happy to prescribe any number of medications, pleasing the pharmaceutical companies no end, and emptying the pocketbook of the hapless patient who never seems to get any better. |

We have been making Raw Kim Chi and Sauerkraut in an earthenware pot. You add all kinds of veggies, and then let it sit for a month away from air with a weight on the stuff. It literally gets you high, it is so full of enzymes.
Wheatgrass seems to be the Baseline for health. Even dried WG is good. In fact, Chlorophyll is likly the most missing ingredient in the American Diet. |

That sounds like a winner! I have also heard about the importance of chlorophyll. |
