ok,
i have seen numerous theories as to what is going on. bio, chemical, weather altering...though few can agree on exactly what they are doing, everyone agrees that it is a massive operation. that said, i now have to believe that the entire operation is being carried out by russians over the american mainland. even though the general states that they are using russian made aircraft this seems unlikely as NO ONE has witnessed a russian aircraft during these ops. none of the hundreds of pics show eastern built aircraft (they are pretty easy to pick out). so this means that the russians are doing it with our own aircraft.
the whole letter sounds fishy. why does a high placed general use the term "soviets" when there is no soviet union anymore. a pretty basic mistake by someone so highly placed.
he mentions that he has absolute evidence but lists none. the whole letter is based on the word of 1 anonymous german free-lance writer who is quoting 2 anonymous russian soldiers.
he then goes on about how he now believes this is true because the sprayers have arrived in his neck of the woods. he even has analyzed the material and has determined what it is. (carnicom and thomas will be glad to hear this as they have been trying for year to identify the stuff) he never stated that he was involved with chemical spraying when he was in the military so he would have no more inside info than you or i. remember, this is highly compartmentalized. only those who need to know.
ok, just my opinion. now what do the rest of you think?(everyone except NSA, grown-ups only please :~))

Good points, Dirk.
This is a fax, and there are no identifiers except for the signature, so it would be quite easy to fake on any PC.
Does anybody know where it came from originally? I don't see anything on the site NSA gave us.

If I'm not mistaken, there is an address on the document at the header, that can be written to, no?
Pguy, you agents aren't very creative, and it little matters how much you whine and moan, we just laugh all the louder. I don't post for you - your expected denials just confirm how scared the government is about exposure, which you CAN NEVER stop. NEVER. Get used to it, you are a failure. Your Op is failing. You have failed. You will always fail. |

You're right. The address checks out. Anybody want to call him?

I believe that Al Cuppet was involved in munitions and demolitions for quite a few years of his service. I recall reading a book on the Oklahoma City bombing where Al Cuppet provided evidence that a truck load of fertilizer could not have possibly done that much damage, in fact the truck was the cover for charges placed inside the building.
Of course the building was immeadiately leveled "to protect the public from having to look at it" so the real evidence is lost.
Al Cuppets been on a few shows I have listened to, and he is not afraid to say what he knows. |

Al Cuppet was not a "member" of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was an administrtive staffer who retired from the service as an E-7 (Master Sergeant) who was later re-hired -- as are many retired service members -- as a civilian in approximately the same category.
