Sorry for the misunderstanding Chem11, but I was using your quote as an example of "mudslinging" from all sides...I'm sure there was other examples I could have used...myself being guilty as well of negative mudslinging...I was not referring to you as a troll...but the remark was generalized to the board as a whole...that all the negative bs here...not specificly your post...is insulting to Thermit...IMO...I do agree that your contributions are many and valuable...your board MegaSprayer News is a cool site...as evident by your many views !!

PS...sorry to hear of what went down here years ago Sore Throat...I hope you and theseeker can work out your differences...personally I believe seeker's word is good when he says he would never *expose* you.
No offence either Sore Throat for moving your post to free form...was not attempting to bury it...free form is a legitimate forum as any other and receives many views. Thermit has asked the moderators try to keep the posts in the proper forums and was only trying to comply with this request...and my apologies if you were offended by this. Take care.

Well, you're right Greg. Anyone can make a rule. Enforcing those rules in a manner which promotes a productive environment and discourages people from acting like amoral monkeymen is another matter entirely...
and I'd say thermit does it better than any I've seen...
as far as the rest of your post dave...your can write history any way you want...I see it for how it was...and is...
perhaps as the end of the road draws near our old friend carl may drop by armed with a pop-up blocker and say hey on his way out....
