I think blacks in Africa were chosen for AIDS research during a time when racism was more accepted. It was most probably introduced through WHO vaccines that originated at the Center for Disease Control (CDC)here in America.... an agnecy which is linked to DOD bio-weapons research. In fact we may even know the man who created AIDs was probably none other than the CDCs own Robert Gallo.
In my opinion, it was intentionally introduced here in America to the gay population, through a similar hepatitus B vaccination, for the most probable purpose of studying the long term effects of AIDS.
Gays were most likely chosen for several reasons; One being that they were the one group least likely to transfer the disease to the heterosexual population...and two, being that they would die off without the ability to transfer the disease to offspring. From the political and strategic viewpoint, it is also likely that those conducting the study realized that AIDS would be considered a "gay" disease and blamed on lifestyle, and little would therefore be done to find a cure (given the political thinking and climate of the time). This way the study could continue without harassment.
What "they" probably failed to consider was the possibility of bi-sexuals transferring the disease to the hetorosexual community, and if they did consider the possibility, it was probably thought an acceptable risk, for the study.
Coldly logical, I know....but then most non-consensual human experimentation is.

Wow, I've never heard it explained this way. This does sound very logical in that heartless, efficient Nazi kind of way. I do believe that Operations Paperclip, ODESSA etc. has allowed the nazis & nazi-type thinking to thrive and prosper, first in the U.S. and South America, and now more recently in South Africa, Israel and elsewhere.
Reminds me of interesting theories I've heard regarding Otto Skorzeny and Reinhard Gehlen/SS and the formation of the state of Israel. I also wonder about post-WWII German military involvement in African affairs (in the 80's last I heard) following Nurmeberg/Geneva(?) sanctions against the German Army ever being allowed to have a presence outside of German borders (don't know the exact sequence).
Possibilites/theories of genocide in central Africa through mass starvation and tribal wars lend more credence to the idea of AIDs bio-war testing there.
Targeting of inner cities of the U.S. for externally induced heroin/crack/warfare (fueled by Chinese AK-47 shipments to flood the U.S. more recently during Clinton admin), and during the past few administrations all seem to indicate efforts of genocide as black leaders have charged?
Interesting that these weapons ended up in the hands of street gangs and militias alike with parallel 'inside' attacks on the U.S. 2nd Ammendment by communist supporters within the U.S. government.

Otto Skorzeny code-named his assault on American soldiers in the Battle of the Bulge Operation Greif, the "Condor." He continued Condor with his post-war special teams that imposed "sanctions," meaning the assassination of enemies. Skorzeny's father-in-law was Hjalmar Schacht, president of Hitler's Reichsbank. Schacht guided Onassis' shipyards in rebuilding the German and Japanese war fleets. In 1950 Onassis signed on Lars Anderson for his whaling ships on the hunt off Antarctica and Argentina. Anderson had belonged to Vidkum Quisling's nazi collaborationist group in Norway during the war. Clay Shaw, who was charged by New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison with complicity in the JFK assassination, was a close friend of Hjalmar Schacht.

"One has only to learn what really happened to the Christians in Rwanda between April and July of 1994 to imagine what may lie in store for Christians here in America at some time in the not-too-distant future.
After the Christian Tutsis had been disarmed by governmental decree in the early 1990s, Hutu-led military forces began to systematically massacre the defenseless Christians. The massacre began in April 1994 and continued until July 1994. Using machetes rather than bullets, the Hutu forces were able to create a state of abject fear and terror within the helpless Christian population as they systematically butchered hundreds of thousands of them. The United Nations immediately convened hearings on the genocide taking place in Rwanda, but Madeline Albright, the American Ambassador to the United Nations, argued strenuously that neighboring African nations should not be allowed to intervene until the "civil war had come to an end." In reality, of course, there was no civil war since those being slaughtered had no weapons with which to defend themselves; it was simply a matter of mass murder.
In addition to blocking intervention by neighboring nations, Madeline Albright also insisted that the word "genocide" must not be used, and that the United Nations forces stationed in Rwanda were not to be allowed to intervene. In the three months that followed, between one-half and three-quarters of a million Christians were systematically dismembered, hacked to death, and slaughtered in the bloody carnage that ensued.
Tens of thousands of Christians were murdered in their churches; tens of thousands more were murdered in their hospitals and in their schools. On several occasions, United Nations soldiers stationed in Rwanda actually handed over helpless Christians under their protection to members of the Hutu militia. They then stood by as their screaming charges were unceremoniously hacked to pieces.
At the end of the carnage, in late July 1994, the American government rewarded the Hutu murderers with millions of dollars in foreign aid. Strangely, the American press has remained silent about the fact that almost all of those who were slaughtered were Christians, and it was the policies of our government that were primarily responsible for blocking efforts by neighboring African countries to intervene".
