Question:
Is there a way to dispense an unknown
substance into the atmosphere, that when it is charged by a pulse of laser it activates
and creates an instant cloud as was intended?
Particles perhaps that get zapped along with all of us by the new AIR BORNE LASER SYSTEM they have( ABLS or ABLEX I think). I am wondering because I was just outside because the sun had finally came out(not for long)and I heard planes I could not see(its been going on awhile now.They must be WAY up there.) Anyway, they come and go and the sky is blue,no contrails.Then instantly,I mean
'poof'...clouds appeared as if by magic(Black magic).They were puffs for a minute then literally broke apart into fuzzy mini clouds that spilled out into long wispy mist. Strangest thing I ever saw. I think they are learning the art of not seeding the clouds but creating clouds on the spot. Then again I have another theory...Its like a movie screen because they are into the art of holographics big time, so perhaps the SILVER SCREEN up above is showing us what we think are clouds but really are not??? Deep thoughts with where this could go.Talk about mind control.........................RTW |

You have given us something to think about.
FWIW, this site shows what is visible from a satellite to a resolution of 1 kilometer. It takes a bit of work to figure out where you are, but once you do, you can save it in your Favorites and go there instantly to check things. So far, what I see overhead is what I see on this site. (The resolution isn't good enough to see individual contrails or chemtrails, but it's accurate for genuine clouds.)
