Still looking for more "AIRCRAFT MODIFICATION" companies with the ability and capability to modify the fleet. Direct injection into the combustion chamber, utilizing 'thermodynamics' to enhance the reaction of the ___________ i'm breathing.

This would be a tool for chemtrail application. What other tools are needed for application, who builds them, who modifies the aircraft, who flies them, services them, fuels them, who makes the nozzles and supplies them to the modification companies, who hauls the applied substances, where is it made, is there more than one supplier, does the DoD tender it out for low bidders. And why, at Easter, my most favoritist day of the year, does my sky resemble gasoline covered water.

Hi, ICU812, Happy Day After...We had "filth" in the skies for Easter here to once the thunderstorm got over with, them chems rolling in, remnants from Texas, I think, as they were already low-thick here in Louisiana...saw 25 or so chemplanes going "home" all on a NNEast heading...I hope the "Happy bird of Spring" poops on their heads!! You have some really good ideas about where to snoop or investigate. I worry tho, that if most of it is at defunct, old-out-of-the-way SAC or other bases, and the way everything in the government and military is "compartmentalized"...well, might not be that way tho, don't really know who's doin it yet??? If anybody wants to start doing some research with Flight Explorer let me know...I'll try to assist how ever I can. We could really used to some high zoom shots of these planes, verified with FE to not be normal traffic. Too bad it doesn't show military flights, then we could really see what bases are being used...

This horticulturist is stepping way beyond his realm with this but maybe you can utilize some of what I've learned to document additional proof of unusual sky trails. Maybe you've already been here. http://www.weather.unisys.com/upper_air/index.html
I was asking questions with some personal contacts and was given the phone number to environment Canada. I reached some insiders
who were most helpful describing upper air analysis, temperature and dew points(right column -Upper air sounding plots-
At the same time I watched around 5 aircraft leaving persistant trails over my home, all on the same vector.
We discussed how -250- milibars around 34,000ft indicated the temperature to be about -40degrees. Blue diagonal lines.
The dew point was on a narrow band shown in yellow. This indicated that "dry" conditions existed at the same altitude thus not supporting persistant contrail formation. He of course qualified what I was seeing as aircraft flying at over 34,000ft and temperatures below -50degrees.
The measurements don't lie!
If I had the time to run flight explorer it would have been easy to see what proposed altitude these aircraft were at, and what the dew point and temperature was, at the given altitude.
Reading these charts seems simple enough and if you believe this info will help, when I get back here I can walk you through what I know.
The ATC contact I made said he didn't need to report contrails unless they were persistant for more than 1 hour. I didn't get to ask who he would report them to but I wonder if it's public information.
Still digging into "weather sounding" to determine what temperatures exist at altitudes when trails persist.
Our insider also mentioned Florida University as having a site that monitors upper air and reports it on the net.
I honestly believe that documentation and in depth reports such as yours will be picked up mainstream very soon. Your persistance is appreciated.
