Strange cotton-like substances all over the place...

I see peices and bundles of this material all over lawns and fields. It's not in great masses, but when scanning grassy areas i always see this strange material. I can't think of any explanation for it, and it's definitely abnormal. The only thing i can think of, is that it may be chemtrail material. That's the only thing that would make sense. It's not cobweb, either.
Anyone else noticing this? |

Hello,
I've seen something like it but only when the condition's are right.The sun must be out and un-obstructed by any chemcloud's,and alway's with shade's on.
I've seen the web-strand's,they cover everything, EVERYTHING!
The grass,the tree's,food,animal's and I'm sure us as well,inside and out.
I've also seen the strand's drifting down from above.Real long though, coming down they look to be maybe 50 foot or so.On the ground about 5 to 10,but real thick and stuck to everything.I mean like a carpet.They billow in the wind but stick like.....glue.
Not sure if it's here all the time now or not.But I know the particulate matter is and I suspect they go hand in hand.
I do believe those jet's that usually trail a jet leaving a massive chemtrail,but leave a quickly dissapating trail themselve's,are spraying the particulate matter. They are out spraying even when the chemtrailer's are not, when the sky is that milky-blue and the super-white sun is out.
Perhap's those jet's leaving those "streamer" trail's are responsible for the web-strand's.

We haven't witnessed it in either Greenwich or Stamford yet but I've seen quite a few pictures of the material. |

The picture isn't that great, but yeah, that might be it. The stuff i am seeing is whiter, but i do see peices that have become darkened by dirtiness.
