WEEKLY HOROSCOPE
FEBRUARY 25TH - MARCH 3RD 2002
Two weeks ago I predicted that the New Moon in Aquarius would begin a series of events that would change public opinion by the following Full Moon. This series of events would have repercussions that would culminate on Election Day. At that time I had no idea that the vote for campaign finance reform would take place under this aspect. Still, after 30 years as an astrologer, I continue to be amazed at the potential value and accuracy of this art/science. The Full Moon is on Wednesday so let's look at the indications of how this might develop. The Full Moon will be at 8 degrees in the sign of Virgo affecting Virgos, Pisces, Sagittarius's and Gemini's because this will form a T-square with Saturn in Gemini. Very simply, a T-square is a pattern of three planets forming stressful 90-degree aspects to one another that will build up and release enormous tension at a missing 90-degree point that would complete a perfect square formation. That missing point is 8 degrees Sagittarius. Those of you born on or around December 1st will be forced from all sides to make a change. Those born on or around May 30th, February 27th, and September 1st, may experience difficult times also.
Since Saturn is the planet that rules executives of large companies and governments it's obvious that the President and Congress will be affected. When I look at the chart of the United States transiting Saturn at 8 degrees Gemini, it is exactly on Uranus at a critical point on the chart. Uranus on the chart of the United States represents the President and the will of the citizens. This immediately points to the executives being pressed to execute the will of the people. Also, the Sagittarius 8-degree point of released energy will take place in the sector of the United States chart that makes laws. The law(s) affected will be decided on March 1st when Jupiter (ruling Sagittarius) turns towards direct motion at 5 degrees Cancer. The United States Jupiter is 5 degrees Cancer in the sector of finance and money so all laws dealing with financial reform and economic budgets will be under great pressure that day. Even on President Bush's personal chart the Full Moon will be exactly on his Mars (ruler of his public standing) indicating that he will either be hopping mad or fighting against all those who oppose him.
Mars will enter Taurus at the end of the week unleashing very stubborn and almost violent energy involving conflicts about money. There could be alarming and ugly situations over the next six weeks until Mars leaves this sign so be flexible and careful in your dealings with others.

LIBRA (7/23 - 23): Too much talk and disclosure threatens to create an embarrassing situation in your career. The only cure for this might be to clear the air completely and get to the truth.
SCORPIO (10/24 - 11/22): Your partner will create financial problems that family and friends must help you with. A friend's health will demand your help and counsel but work will be a demanding distraction.
SAGITTARIUS (11/23 - 12/21): Your partner will make demands that are too restrictive in your career and domestic life. They will be very convincing causing you to be vulnerable and afraid.
